All is well when it finishes well
A few things went wrong:
1) I was given a wrong tracking number
2) The delivery address was wrong (how come?)
However, when contacted, Prokoo staff was helpful, willing to solve the problems and efficient in finding solutions
All problems were solved and the delivery was effective, although with a couple of days delay.
In spite of the hiccups, Prokoo staff was efficient and helpful in finding timely solutions.
For that, Prokop is recommended!
