Prologue Performance Cycling Reviews 

Excellent all round service from Prologue Cycling during the purchase of my 3T Exploro Racemax.
Comunication was fantastic via email originally and the service when I dropped in to the shop to have a look at the bike in person was great. I can tell that all the people I spoke to were passionate about what they do and I recieved great advice.
I don't live local to the shop so had the bike shipped over to me - this again was faultless and arrived packed well and was on time even though it was during the festive period.
Bike setup was perfect on arrival and I've had no reason to test their aftersales service but cant imagine it would be anything other than brilliant if I did.
I spoke to Chris and Jacob via email but don't remember the name of the person I spoke to in the shop - sorry.

A good friend in Harrogate recommended I speak with the team at Prologue on selecting new Hunt wheels for my Evo Six. Jake provided some excellent advice on wheel choice based on their experience and my needs. I ordered wheels and parts ready to go and they arrived quickly without any issue. The bike now looks stunning and goes like the clappers - fantastic job Prologue team - thank you.👏

Great service from Prologue! I purchased a new bike which was delivered promptly and set up to my fit details (which I provided when I ordered). There were a couple of the standard accessories missing when the bike arrived, however I contacted Prologue and they sorted it straight away. I believe you can tell how good a company are by the quality of their service after they have your money - and Prologue were fantastic. They got in touch with my promptly, sorted out my problem and got replacement parts shipped to me in just two days after I got in touch.

I've been lucky enough to have been able to buy a couple of bikes from Prologue this year (Road and Gravel). Both my experiences have been excellent. Great service and great advice. Oh, and the cafe is cracking as well !

Great service- proper retailer who who can match your needs to a bike effortlessly. Able to help me on fine tuning the spec and securing the deal I needed. And of course, excellent bike fit expertise. All the reasons why you should buy from the high street exemplified in a truly excellent example of customer service.

Earlier this year I upgraded my bike. This was by someway the most I had ever spent on a bike and for a tight Yorkshireman who doesn’t like parting with money, Prologue actually made the experience very enjoyable. They were honest, informative and patient whilst I made my mind up. I would recommend them to anyone.

I ride my bike out here at least once a week for coffee and the best millionaire shortbread in existence. John and Rachael are great hosts. The mechanics have helped me out at short notice on many occasions. 👍👍

A lovely family run business and whilst I can’t vouch for the cycle side of the business; from the numbers of keen cyclists I see meeting there regularly I can only assume it’s as good as the cafe. Superb local business (Harrogate) that really cares, great service, attention to detail and serious commitment to making sure the customer is very well looked after. Why would you go online when you have this level of service, defo something to be treasured and supported.
