Watch out for high pressure email solicitations from Promo Labs. Executives and managers at our company were personally targeted via email by a "VP" named Chris Hawley, claiming their warehouse miraculously found a "surplus batch of custom XL tumbler mugs" preprinted with our corporate logo.
It is a complete fraud. Our company never placed an order for tumbler mugs with them or anyone else for that matter. Our logo is trademarked and is never used on promotional material. This is a dirty, manipulative sales scheme. They pull your company logo off your public website, pit it onto digital mockups of unsold warehouse stock and spam your employees to create a false sense of urgency and obligation. They hope your staff thinks "Well the logo is already printed so we might as well buy them at a discount" Do not fall for it. It is predatory, deceptive and completely unethical. We are officially reporting this activity to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and the FCC/FTC. Mark their emails as spam immediately and warn your internal teams!
