Like many others I ordered the free dashcam, which has now been cancelled. Appears that it was a scam to harvest information to be sold on to third parties. Avoid this website!

Update: I've been receiving far more junk emails since ordering so I'm certain they've sold on my details.

Wouldnt bother using this company they canceled my order with no explanation.

Seams like its a phishing website mining details.

Don't fulfil orders or keep to their word.

Had my order cancelled with no apology or explanation, seems like a scam website which is phishing for information.

Ordered a RAC107 HD dashcam with along with a voucher code, only to have the order cancelled 3 days after it was confirmed. No reason for cancellation, email just states order cancelled. No reply to emails.

Absolutely abysmal service! I ordered a speed camera database update in July and have still not received it. Impossible to reach by phone and ignore emails. STAY AWAY FROM PROOFCAM/RAC DASHCAMS!!

Bought a proofcam that became faulty
They do not have any phone contact. So I sent an email to explain the problem, and asked about repairs they then asked if it was out of warranty when I told them it was they replied with its time to get a new one.
I will take the advice and get a new one but not from proofcam.

I am a pensioner and I was recommended by my son to buy one of these dashcam for my car. Whilst driving, I feel so much safer with one in my car. The service I got whilst buying one was really good, he was so helpful explaining it all to me, I will recommend these to all my friends!

This is a wonderful purchase, makes me feel safe whilst in the car....great quality camera, I have used other Web cams, this one is by far the best. Great customer service too, I would recommend the PC400 to anyone.

Honestly thought the pc 400 would be the same as the pc 106. How wrong was I? Certainly its a quality HD picture as is the rear camera. Im really happy with my purchase.

Rubbish, this company has tied up with Kwik Fit but are way out of their capacity to fulfill obligations. I am still waiting for my so called "free" dashcam - I shall be doing a charge back via Visa

This is my second review of this company. I was hoping the company might have improved but this is NOT the case. I have an RAC 210 with lifetime updates of the Speed Camera database. However it is impossible to download the new file for 24/4/19. They do this on purpose. Any click on the download link takes you to the shopping cart but the file is supposed to be free FOR LIFE of the product. They have the cheek to show other cameras they are selling. My advice would be to AVOID and stick to buying well known brands. QVC have stopped selling Proofcam products. AVOID
