I had an amazing experience with Nason at Proper! I have probably talked to 15 different insurance companies to get coverage for my airbnb in California and couldn't find anyone that was offering great coverage and decent terms. Proper was able to give me both! And 5 days after first contacting Proper, Nason had the policy all locked in and I can sleep at night knowing my property is protected. I'm stoked! 10/10

While proper insurance is more expensive than other homeowners insurance policies, it covers liability, and takes the place of homeowners and all the other ways. It was easy to use and sign up for. I would highly recommend this company for peace of mind with my vacation rental.

Every time we get a vacation rental, we get proper insurance. They have been amazing and I am so glad I got them. Unfortunately we had a hurricane damage, and there were assessments for repairs of old things. I never had to fight about a claim, they always paid it out without any issues. I will never go without insurance for any of my properties. So impressed on how quick they are to respond and how pleasant they are to deal with.
