So much to learn and so helpful

Maria Di Fonzo was a brilliant coach during the FFC. She boosted morale when it had became challenging and kept everyone motivated right through to the end. This was my first FFC and I now know how much support really matters — Maria made sure I felt supported the whole way through. I couldn't have asked for a better coach!

Wow what a course it has opened my eyes on how to become a property developer I already have 2 Buy to let and needed some help on the next steps on how to expand.
I would highly recomend Samuel Leeds acadamy to like mined people as you will be able to grow with this community.

It's been almost four months of using Samuel Leeds academy services and I am blown away by the professionalism and customer service. In a short space of time I have exposure to great training material and access to experienced professionals to help me on my journey.

Once again Samuel Leeds and our top notch mentor Nina have created a hands on fully supportive training, giving me the tools I needed and some I did not even know I needed to be able to progress towards my goals. The combination of in depth step by step study modules combined with tasks designed to build hand on experience and confidence meant we could hit the fast paced course at a cracking pace and put our training into practice guided by daily input from Samuel. Our small group was expertly led by Nina and we had plenty of time to discuss and feed back to each other before, during and after each task. I was genuinely blown away by the structure and how my pace of action taking and thought processes grew exponentially with lasting changes I will be applying to my life. Thank you to my fellow students as well, we all stepped outside of our ingrained thought processes and comfort zones and I will always be grateful for taking these vital steps up to the challenge of becoming a fully fledged Academy member and to supporting our unique journeys together!

It's was fantastic! Nina had such an inspirational mindset and helped all of the group achieve big throughout the 4 days. We all really enjoyed it, even if it was hard work. It was all very much worth it!

Just completed the 4 day financial freedom challenge and wow - what a roller coaster of emotions, pushed outside my comfort zone but achieved so much. Our coach Nina was amazing, supportive and offered great advice and was always at the end of the phone. Our small group of 10 was amazing we all spurred each other on through the ups and downs to push each other to achieving the best possible outcome by the end. The personal growth you see in yourself if you trust the process is amazing 🤩

Thank you very much for all your support Nina, you’ve been incredible in hearing me (and us all) through all our different journeys and explorations. No question felt silly, you made me feel comfortable and reassured at a times. Was truly safe space and one that undoubtedly helped me get through the times I thought it was all getting a bit much. You made yourself available always and went above and beyond, thank you.

Nina our coach was absolutely fantastic We just completed the financial freedom challenge. It was amazing and got me to do things completely out of my comfort zone life changing experience.! I just finished the Four-Day Financial Freedom Challenge deal sourcing training with Samuel Leeds Academy today, and it's been one of the most valuable investments I've made in my property journey.

After two decades as a teacher, walking into a new industry was daunting, but the support and clarity from Rich the trainer made all the difference — he was an amazing coach and supporter, especially with my focus on BRRs, HMOs, and deal sourcing.

Everything was practical and delivered with genuine professionalism and warmth. Rich gave me the confidence to get out and actually do the work — visiting estate agents, attending networking events outside the academy, and reaching out directly to landlords through the various platforms suggested.

This new-found confidence means I can now properly implement everything I've been taught, particularly around organisation and planning. Rather than drifting without clear targets, I now have a structured approach and know exactly what I'm working towards.

I'm already applying what I learned directly to my BRR and HMO projects, and I can feel the shift from learning about financial freedom to actively building toward it over these four days.

Highly recommend to anyone serious about changing their financial future.

I am on the last day of the deal selling freedom financial challenge. Speaking to other academy members made it seem like a daunting task. However, I thoroughly enjoyed the time off work to complete the challenges set! Richard Harris was my coach and he made the process so much more relaxing and enjoyable. He was like the good cop in the "good cop bad cop" analogy, where Samuel just keeps shouting and getting you motivated, and Richard calms you down and gives you the simple instructions to proceed. Thanks Richard, great coach and thanks for all your help answering our questions through the challenge!

My financial freedom challenge definitely put me out of my comfort zone, however, this experience has showed me how action is the key to success, as action leads to opportunity. And it was proven by this course as I found so many opportunities that I didn’t even think were possible. My coach was Rich in this challenge and he was very supportive and pushed us along the way, so 5 stars to him :)

Huge shoutout to my coach Rich for leading the Deal Sourcing FFC group I was in. Im a member of the Samuel leeds academy which ive been a member of 2 months when it gets to the 26th August. There is so much to take in & to learn but ultimately you are working on yourself. The deal selling financial freedom challenge prepares you for the day in the life of a property deal sourcer. Its a very intensive 4 day experience and you will be tested & possibly pushed to your limits (don't worry amazing coaches like Rich will be there to support you along the way). I can never go back to the old me now. Ive made new friends, potential deals & ive now got a new bar to reach for.
