Samuel Leeds is amazing!! With his Christian views which I think are great, he’s more than willing to refund us (which has happened previously in the past, and so incredibly knowledgeable its amazing… I’m truly blessed to be doing the course soon, I can’t wait!!

The only thing is I live in New Zealand and 12 hrs a head of you and I’ve got 3 kids so I will have to record it and then watch it.

Helpful friendly patient everthing you need in a coach

I have just undertaken 4 days of an intensive Financial Freedom Challenge. It was not easy, it was definitely a challenge but that’s what made and will continue to make a difference to me. Being part of this Challenge, has disrupted me. It has shaken me from my auto pilot behaviour which I did not even realise was there. It has kicked me out of my comfort zone and you know what they say about the comfort zone “It’s a beautiful place but nothing ever grows there.” Thank you Samuel and Jag! I appreciate you both. Samuel, for the opportunity and Jag for being my personal mentor for the 4 days. I would highly recommend the Academy for anyone wanting to become a property investor.

I have just completed the FFC Deal Selling Challenge and it was 4 days of full-on learning, implementing, and being pushed out of my comfort zone. The group I was part of were all wonderful, encouraging people who helped each other along the way.
Our coach Albert Lis was second to none, I highly recommend him and he is a great asset to the Samuel Leeds Academy. He is very knowledgeable, nothing was too much trouble for him, he was attentive and really helped push me out of my comfort zone, doing so in a caring and respectful manner. Thank you so much, Albert I don’t know how could have gotten through this week without you!

Done the FFC Deal Selling this week, was an amazing experience and James (the mentor) was incredible, I recommend this to anybody that need a little push to get out of their comfort zone!

The deal selling FFC was amazing.
It brings you out your comfort zone and you get so much done in just 4 days it’s unreal.
And having the coaches there is really good as you have to do each challenge otherwise you are getting called out.
So it’s all about accountability which is exactly what we need. My coach was jag and he was very helpful with everything

A fantastic learning experience during the Financial Freedom Challenge

I have just completed the Financial Freedom Challenge, and I can honestly say it has been a super interesting, encouraging, and valuable experience.

Over these four days, I have learned a great deal about property sourcing and the practical side of property investing. The challenge has helped me cement and apply a lot of the knowledge I have been learning within the Academy, especially from the perspective of actually taking action and understanding how deal sourcing works in the real world.

A special thank you goes to our mentor, Albert, who has been absolutely fantastic. He is extremely knowledgeable, supportive, and generous with sharing his experience. He gives us real examples, explains what he does in practice, and does not hold back when sharing his knowledge and lessons learned from his own journey. His guidance has made a huge difference and has helped me gain more confidence in this area.

The group experience has also been amazing. Everyone has been supportive, sharing ideas, helping each other, and learning together. Property investing can sometimes feel like a lonely journey, but having a community around you and a coach guiding you makes the process much more enjoyable and motivating.

This week has brought many new challenges, valuable lessons, and moments of growth. I really appreciate what Samuel Leeds and the whole Academy team have created, especially these practical challenges that encourage members to step outside their comfort zone and put their learning into action.

Five stars and more for the whole team, and a special thank you to Albert for facilitating such an excellent challenge and helping us learn so much in such a short period of time.

I recently completed the Deal Selling Financial Freedom Challenge, with successful property investor Albert Lis as our group coach, and it was a fantastic experience.
This challenge was different from the Rent-to-Rent Challenge that I had previously completed. This time, I focused on finding run-down properties with the potential to increase their value through renovation, making them suitable as BRR (Buy, Refurbish, Refinance) or flip deals that I could potentially sell.
The challenge took us through the entire process step by step—from sourcing opportunities and contacting estate agents to conducting ourselves professionally throughout the process. Everything was broken down into bite-sized, manageable tasks, making it easy to follow and, more importantly, to implement. Rather than simply learning new strategies, this challenge was all about putting into practice everything we'd already learned in the Academy. It pushed us to take consistent action every day, helping turn knowledge into real results and building the confidence needed to succeed in deal sourcing.
My coach, Albert, was outstanding. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and always happy to answer every question from the group. His guidance throughout the week gave me the confidence to implement everything I'd learned and take decisive action.
By the third day, I had completed nine property viewings and then attended the Inner Circle event in Manchester, where I met some great people and expanded my network. By the final day, I had found a couple of promising deals that I'm now carrying out due diligence on.
I'd highly recommend the Deal Selling Financial Freedom Challenge to anyone who wants to stop just learning and start implementing. The structure of the challenge, combined with Albert's expert mentoring and the support of the whole team, made it an incredibly valuable and enjoyable experience. It reinforced everything I'd learned in the Academy and gave me the confidence and accountability to put it into practice and move closer to achieving success.

The experience of the FFC was great because it brought the learning from the academy all together. The coach/mentor for the last four days was absolutely fantastic. Albert Lis was patient, supportive and kicked your A!$ when needed, He also instilled confidence in you to do the things that I was uncomfortable doing. Two major things about Albert, his knowledge about property investing and how he shared his experience was very professional and the other thing he made it fun to go out there and challenge yourself. Thank you Samuel Leeds and most importantly choosing fantastic mentors like Albert Lis to help us achieve our goals/targets.

From building relationships with estate agents, using social media effectively, attending viewings, networking, and carrying out due diligence, you have given us the confidence and tools to move forward in our property sourcing journey. James was amazing he was insightful and knowledgeable and the way he teaches and motivates you, the stuff really then starts to make sense and it just sticks with you. Will definitely be looking forward to learn from him again.
