I saw an ad on YouTube about Tom Wade and decided to attend the webinar, after the meeting I searched his name and propernetics.com and the search thread showed property tribes. I clicked on property tribes and I’m thankful to God I did, because I would have lost all my money.

Thank you property tribes for exposing all the fraudsters. I’m surprised there is no law to bring them to justice.

Extremely useful resource. Highly recommend this site for anyone either in property, or wanting to get into property. A wealth of free information and advice. The forums are really useful too.

There is a webpage with your name, followed by .UK, that is redirecting traffic to Samuel Leeds property investors, seems very sketchy.

I have been involved in property investments for thirty years, building a property portfolio of largely residential buy to let properties. During the course of my investing I have met a number of people whose only objective is to scam people like me. Property Tribes is the only resource I know of that is truly on the side of investors like me, and I love the time, knowledge and effort that Vanessa and Nick dedicate to this site. My whole hearted recommendation to anyone looking to get into property investing is to, first, follow the advice found on Property Tribes.

Ive followed Property Tribes since its inception many years ago. P.T. has been a solid and effective guide for me to help me save thousands of pounds. The threads and help/advice Ive garnerd totally free of charge over the years has been a godsend to me in my journey as a landlord. Unfortunately the property industry like the motor industry is littered with cowboys and conmerchants out to take advantage of unwary and new property investors. P.T. is a beacon of light to guide any one thinking about starting off into the property shark infested waters of property investment and can obtain a wealth of FREE advice and opinions from likeminded sucessfull property investors. To any potential property investor P.T. can be the best tool you have without doubt.

Property Tribes is a Valuable resource to anyone involved in property . A forum for discussion and sharing of Views and advice. It offers a balanced insight and is highly educational. This is all for free. Quite extraordinary .
Vanessa and Nick who run Property Tribes do a fantastic job in trying to highlight the sometimes nefarious activities of some property educators who are out there looking for people to educate at large sums of money . It is an unlegislated area. ( This MUST change ) . Property education is a potential shark pit and a great opportunity for some dodgey characters to make wealth out of the unknowing who are seeking to make money out of property as quickly as poss.
One may find that the Negative Trust Pilot reviews emanate from these participants .
Property Tribes is a true force for the Good and if anyone wants to check this one should attend a legitimate property show and ask around amongst the legitimate industry players . I have been a member of property Tribes since 2012.

Property Tribes is by far the best landlord online forum I have ever come across. The quality of the posts is really excellent. I have learnt a lot of landlord matters from it. Property Tribes is like Money Saving Expert but for landlords dealing in bricks and mortar. Run by people who want to share the knowledge and enable everyone to be a better landlord or developer.

There are many false prophets in the property investors space selling get rich quick pyramid schemes, making wild claims and profiting from people new to the industry. Some of them would like to see resources like this behind a pay wall.

In all things property, do your due diligence and do it well. The information on Property Tribes is invaluable towards making informed decisions. Like a good accountant, the knowledge can save you thousands.

Property Tribes members promote the right advice from a legal and experience perspective, setting realistic expectations and educating people to deliver a better service to their tenants in the long run.

As a relatively new landlord, Property Tribes has become my Bible of Buy-to-Let wisdom. Members are generous with their time, honest advice and wise-words. It is also helpful to get different viewpoint's for scenarios.

It a great resource for up to date information about the UK property market and BTL in particular.

This government back scheme is definitely a scheme as we would say in Ireland to destroy people who want to make a future and success through property.

They set out to destroy anyone who they don’t want to succeed in property.

I would advise everyone to avoid these characters like the plague.

They are racist they don’t care how the deal with customers and then they try to put the flack on the consumer.

The have tried to Slander my name with total in accurate facts and untrue fact.

This is clearly defamation of character.

Answers to one's questions are readily forthcoming from a plethora of experienced property folk. They also have an extensive catalogue of questions and answers from their long history, which can easily be accessed.

Property investment is notoriously surrounded by a range of sharks, charlatans and conmen/conwomen. The people at Property Tribes are different, they run a legitimate forum, providing sound advice and calling out the rogues, even when doing so has brought trouble to their door. Without doubt this is the number 1 forum in the UK.

I notice an earlier poor review of Property Tribes on this site, that refers to PT negating the feasibility of 'Options'. This makes me laugh, it clearly comes from a 'get rich quick type', who has a vested interest in such things, and most likely selling training about such things. Options for the most part are not feasible and certainly not to the uninitiated. It is this mature and experience perspective that PT and many of their contributors bring to bare for the benefit of novices, that causes the 'Sharks' to complain.

Keep doing your thing PT, you're doing great.

I have found PT a really useful resource in my property portfolio journey. There are plenty of resources available and a great community who are willing to help and advise.

I have been a member on this site for a number of years and have to say I find it a fantastic resource for anyone who has an interest in property. Whatever problem you have or advice you seek, the information is there to be found. If you cant find what you want, post a question and someone be be along shortly to offer help & advice. Whenever I come across anyone who either is, or is wanting to become a landlord, I always recommend they join as there is a wealth of knowledge to be found. Highly recommended.

I have been an inactive member of this group for many years and whenever I am stuck with a property related query I can usually find great advice here. If I had more time I am sure that it would be worth while to be more active, but my experience has been great unbiased advice, freely given with no agenda. Cant really say better than that if you are into property investing on a very small or large scale.

There are a lot of property sites out there, all promising to make you a millionaire in 6 months etc etc. For me, this site is now my go-to. The balance of information, free content and a community forum on Property Tribes is great, There are lots of helpful and knowledgable people who can guide you. Highly recommended.
