Left A Bad Taste
Paid for a big order with a card. Overnight, they decided I needed to pay by bank transfer again for some reason (yep really) and refuse to let me have the protections of a card (seriously) and never explained properly why despite doing this previously. After I called them and spoke English, they immediately decided they would not deliver to my home and were not able to give a reasonable explanation why, despite their website saying all their packages are insured, and the flex postal offering they provide giving the sender the option to require signing at delivery.
Edit: In response to the vendors message I paid them with a card and they are still trying to justify taking away card protections to force a bank payment. Anyway, all the parts have been paid for on the same card to another shop in Sweden and the parts are on the way to my house.
Just buy from somewhere else, or they will waste your time with stuff they should sort out at the point of sale - but have decided not to for some reason.

When an order is placed by our customers, it goes through a security filter. Some orders are stopped for spot checks, incomplete or incorrect addresses, or similar reasons. In such cases, we ask the customer to contact us—just as you did in this instance.
We have been in contact with you both by phone and email regarding your order. We informed you that we required a prepayment for this order due to the high order amount. I can see that there was a misunderstanding regarding the information sent by email. The explanation was provided in the following email, along with an apology.
When we sent you the bank details for prepayment, we also noticed that the order had “flex delivery” selected. This means the carrier is allowed to leave the product/products outside your door without a signature. For theese orders, we recommended changing the delivery to a pick-up point for increased security—both for you as the customer and for us as the sender.
A delivery with a signature is not something we are able to offer from our part before shipping at the moment. However, following our dialogue, we see this as an area where we can improve.
If a customer chooses to cancel the order after such a process, we fully respect that decision. However, we also appreciate the opportunity to respond to feedback, as it helps us clarify our procedures and improve our service.

60% given on refunds
Proshop charges you for a return. Then offers you 60% of the original price or charges you again to get the product back. You will most likely not receive a full refund so be sure the product you order is the one you want or you will have to pay more money. What's to stop them from saying something was damaged on return just so they don't have to refund the full amount. Good scam.

When a customer returns a product, the amount for the product will be refunded provided that it meets the return requirements. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
If the return requirements are not met, we are unfortunately unable to issue a full refund. This may be the case if the product has been used and shows signs of wear, or if it has been damaged during shipping to us due to insufficient packaging.

When a customer receives a defective product, a claims case must be submitted on our website. A free return shipping label will then be sent.
The main purpose of the box is to protect the product during shipping. So if the product itself is intact, the box has fulfilled its function. However, these cases are assessed individually.

Placed an order for a Lego set early Wednesday and had it delivered to my adress Friday by lunchtime. It’s very quick delivery taken into account that its delivery from Denmark to Sweden. Furthermore the LEGO set was released same day as it was delivered. Perfect.

Varning till alla Svenska kunder/ Warning to all Swedish customers
Jag beställde en vara den 30 juni med förväntad leverans den 7 juli. Sedan dess har jag fått flera meddelanden om uppskjutna leveranser – först till den 8:e, sedan 9:e, 10:e, och 11:e. PostNord meddelade slutligen att leveransen kan dröja till 14 juli eller ännu senare, utan exakt datum.
Jag rekommenderar att du köper dina nödvändigheter från Amazon eller lokala svenska butiker. Jag har bokstavligen fått bättre kundservice och leverans från Aliexpress, med leveranser hela vägen från Kina.
Detta är en brådskande leverans, men trots upprepade förseningar har företaget inte erbjudit någon konkret lösning eller kompensation. Jag har kontaktat kundtjänst flera gånger, men upplever att man bara skyller på logistikpartnern utan att ta något eget ansvar.
Det är oacceptabelt att ett företag som säljer till svenska konsumenter inte håller vad de lovar eller följer upp sina leveranser. Jag kommer alldrig handla här igen – och rekommenderar andra att göra detsamma.
I placed an order on June 30 with an expected delivery date of July 7. Since then, I’ve received multiple notifications of postponed deliveries – first to the 8th, then the 9th, 10th, and 11th. PostNord eventually informed me that the delivery may be delayed until July 14 or even later, with no confirmed date.
I recommend you to purchase your needs from Amazon or local Swedish stores. I have literally gotten better customer service and delivery from Aliexpress, with shipments all the way from china.
This is a time-sensitive delivery, but despite repeated delays, the company has not offered any concrete solution or compensation. I’ve contacted customer service several times, but they seem to only blame their logistics partner and take no real responsibility.
It’s unacceptable for a company that sells to Swedish consumers to fail to keep their promises or properly follow up on their deliveries. I will never be ordering from here again – and I recommend others do the same.

Product was available for delivery on June 1.
After the order, it got delayed several times, until it was shipped on July 7.
It's was A6000 GPU with 120 000 sek price tag just in case.
No apology, no discount, nothing. Very bad experience, super unhappy. Lost a lot of money just idling and waiting for GPU to arrive.
