Not good
The shipment was almost 1 week late than predicted time.
I did not like the Keyboard, it is very small I thinks for kids. I wanted to return it but due to shipping charges both way I cancelled plan to return it.
Not happy with the proshop delivery service nor product.

When an order under 1000 SEK is placed, a shipping fee will apply. If a customer, after recieving the order wishes to return their purchase, a return shipping fee will be charged.
You placed your order with us on December 11th. At that time, an order confirmation was sent to you with an expected delivery date between December 12th and December 17th. On December 16th, your package was delivered to you according to the track and trace code.
The product you purchased is called "mini Keyboard". It is a smaller product. The dimensions of the product are also listed on the website under your product.

You do not have a legal right of withdrawal as a business customer in Europe, but most companies in Sweden offer it as a service anyway. Proshop does not. In addition, they will add hidden fees at checkout just because you entered a corporate ID. If you want to shop there, do it as a private individual and sell the product to your company instead.
Now I have to sell a screen on Blocket that I bought from them for 15,000 SEK as it unfortunately did not suit my needs for work.
I will not shop from them again.

It is correct that we do not usually offer returns for our business customers, but if it is possible, we are happy to assist. Unfortunately, in your case, we are unable to help with a return.
I am not entirely sure what you mean by hidden fees. However, there is a card fee if a business customer chooses to pay by card. It is also possible to pay by invoice or Swish.

Item as described but terribly slow customer service, they also do not offer price matching or guarantees like pretty much every other electronics retailer. Would have been better off buying it locally. I have bought from them several times but I don,t think I will be returning to them again.

I apologize that you were not home and unable to pick up your package during the specified time period.
I can see that in the order confirmation you received when placing your order, you were given an expected delivery date between October 7th and 8th. You also received an email informing you that the delivery time was postponed to October 10th.
The package arrived on October 10th and was ready for pickup that same day.
As a customer, you can always cancel a product at no extra cost as long as it hasn't left our warehouse. When a package goes to a delivery point, there is always the option to request an extended holding period.
