I visited here for mole removal

I visited here for mole removal. Since my last visit I have got married and my name has changed. Unfortunately the receptionist said she couldn't find me on her records — which felt like an excuse rather than a genuine attempt to help.
The procedure was far more painful than I was led to expect. Throughout the removal I felt sharp stinging, burning and pulling sensations. It was uncomfortable and quite painful, and I do wish I had been told honestly beforehand that it would be like this, rather than being told it would be quick and barely felt. The treatment rooms are also extremely small. It felt very cramped and confined, with barely enough space. It is not the most comfortable environment to be in, especially when you are already feeling uncomfortable and in pain. The staff were polite during the procedure itself, and the mole has been removed. But given the issues at reception, the pain I experienced and the cramped conditions, I won't be returning. I will also be leaving a further review on Trustpilot.

AVOID – Lip filler left me disfigured; they refuse to take responsibility!

I attended ProSkin Clinic & Health UK Ltd on 21 April 2026 for lip filler treatment. I booked directly through the clinic, attended their premises, completed their paperwork, and paid £190. At no point was I informed the practitioner operated as a separate business, or that the clinic would not accept responsibility for work carried out there.

The treatment was performed without reasonable care and skill: the filler migrated significantly, leaving a visibly distorted, abnormal appearance once swelling settled. An independent qualified specialist confirmed the placement was incorrect and that I had been left visibly disfigured – an entirely preventable error. This was not a difference of opinion or minor unevenness; it was a harmful outcome of poor practice.

The experience was deeply traumatic. It destroyed my confidence, left me distressed and self‑conscious, and I avoided social situations for weeks.

The clinic eventually refunded my original £190, but refuses to reimburse the £195 cost to dissolve and correct their mistake. Their stated reasons are:
• They claim the practitioner was an independent third party, not their employee – despite all arrangements taking place through their clinic;
• They state the refund was made “without admission of liability” and is sufficient resolution;
• They argue filler migration alone does not prove the work was done poorly;
• They say an independent specialist’s assessment does not prove fault or causation;
• They claim there was no agreement to cover remedial costs.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the business I contracted with is responsible for services provided at their premises. They have refused to uphold this duty or resolve the matter fairly.

Please avoid this clinic. They will not stand by their work, will use every loophole to avoid taking responsibility, and you risk being left harmed, distressed, and out of pocket. I am sharing this honest experience to warn others.
