Massive thank you to Andrew Hill and his team at Prospect. I had an ongoing issue with a car purchased a few months ago, despite going back to the dealer three times, Andrew spent time speaking with me, took my car our for a decent run up the motorway and carried out an inspection. 40 minutes later, found the problem. Can't thank him enough, not just for finding the issue but being super nice and patient with someone who has no idea what goes on underneath the pretty exterior of a vehicle.

This is a great company to deal with. As accredited service agents in the Mercedes network they can be trusted. I travelled from Scotland to buy a car from them with an excellent trade in for my car. My new car exceeded expectations. Their attention to detail is what makes the difference. Would definitely buy again from them. Andy is a star. Unhesitatingly recommended!

Popped in on the off chance after going to see another car at a different dealer and ended up purchasing a used Jaguar XF.
David was upfront, honest and very patient especially as the finances took a few days longer than expected.
Also delivered the car which was a great help.
A couple coats of polish and the car looks great and so far I could not be happier.
