Wrong size, great response
Ordering on line is always risky with getting the correct size and indeed with global size charts being based on different numbers it is even more likely to result in mistakes. However when I ordered a new swimsuit for my wife and it was far too small, ProSwimwear customer services could not have been more efficient. They replaced the garment in record time and I was made to feel just in my criticism of international size charts. A great service.

My shopping experience
1. The online site is easy to navigate.
2. The order came promptly.
3. My customer query was answered in timely fashion.
All these aspects are important to me. The only part I haven't experienced is doing a return which I hope I don't have to after Christmas as my order was a present.

Fantastic Customer service
Contacted Proswimwear re a return for a larger size but needed it quickly due to my daughters racing commitments.Sue in customer service was fantastic checked stock for new size and reserved the product until I could get proof of posting for return of the original item.
Proswimwear then sent the new item next day delivery to my daughter .
