Really pleased with the service from Protec. We had other cavity wall companies local to the area look at the job and some even quoted to 'install' in areas that already had insulation! Protec provided before and after photos of the cavity being insulated. They were flexible and professional answering all our questions and provided a first class service.

I found your workmen to be professional, polite & friendly whilst making sure everywhere was clean & tidy. The job was started but unfortunately machinery failed so the job was delayed by a week before completion.

Looks awful . I cannot understand how something can cost so much money with the appearance left like you’ve just had a foam party . Not happy. Wish I hadn’t got it done!

We are yet to face our first winter since our foam cladding, but have noticed a difference already when attic door is ope, as there is no cold down draft as before.
It was all done very professionally by two very pleasant and polite gentlemen.
We look forward to a much warmer and efficient winter this year.

The installers arrived on time, slightly prior to 8am, nice chaps. Just got on with what they had to do. Very clean. Left approx the time they stated, work completed on time and completed correctly.

Great job done on 16.7.2021 in insulating my roof rafters with foam by 2 very professional installers who went to great lengths to ensure a clean professional job, minimal mess and including moving some loft contents around, and the removal and disposal of the old insulation. Very pleased and would recommend them to anyone.

Did a brilliant job especially in the heat we had that day

I felt sorry for the 2 guys it was 110 degrees on a hot day up their in the attic but they cracked on and got the job done, great company to deal with , well done guys

The two guys Phil & Mark were excellent considering they didn’t arrive until just after 3:30pm. They were not advised that they had a loft clearance to do before they could start and my loft was extremely full, they started straight away to clear the loft and it was on a day when the temperature was 31 degrees outside and 50 odd degrees in the loft, I felt so sorry for them that every time they came out of the loft I supplied cold drinks for them. They did a fantastic job and they eventually left my property at 19:40. Thank you so much Phil & Mark you’re the best.

Very clean workers left the place clean when they left, Would recommend to anyone.

They were fantastic contractors who were polite and confident. They came bang on time 9 o'clock on the dot. Started straight away with covering the stairs and hallway with sheets to prevent any mess which was very helpful. It took them 20 mins to complete the whole roof insulation which was fast and they provided us with a full confirmation of my roof insulation which was great. Overall, amazing pair of lads.
