Great Product and Great Customer Service!!!
I received a table mat that was damaged, but usable. I reached out to their customer service team and they responded right away. We quickly came to a conclusion on how to solve the issue that worked for both myself and Protect Mat. No hassling. The customer definitely comes first with this company. I highly recommend them to anyone that needs a covering for their table.

Great customer service and a fabulous product.
I have a beautiful Stickley dining room table in a room that gets a great deal of light. I love to see the wood. My husband found Protect Mats USA on line and we placed an order for our rectangular table and couldn't be happier. I do keep my table pads on since they match my table perfectly. We loved the look so much that we ordered a circular mat for our round kitchen table.

Bought one for my dining room table. It looks like it has a glass top. It really is worth the money. I would give it 10 stars if I could.

I had a small issue with my initial order—the table protector I received was slightly shorter than the dimensions I had ordered. After reaching out and sharing measurements, the team followed up and made things right.

They sent a replacement with the correct dimensions, and it fits perfectly. I really appreciated how they handled the situation and stood behind their product. They also made the process easy by not requiring a return of the original item.

This is my first time placing an order online and unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience.

I placed an order on February 27, 2026, for a clear covering for my computer desk, but I never received the product. I sent multiple emails requesting updates on the order status and delivery information; however, responses were delayed and inconsistent.

At one point, a representative named Axel responded, stating that staff had walked off the job. In later communication, I was told that the product had been shipped. Despite this, I never received the item. Additionally, the partial address associated with the tracking number does not match the address I provided when placing the order.

When I reached out again to report that the product had not been delivered, I received no further response. The contact phone number provided is also unreliable. It rings, but no one answers.

I am sharing this message to inform other shoppers to be cautious when ordering from this company.

Mell was great helping me with an order issue and rectified the problem within hours of placing the order. I received my first dining room table mat and love it! High quality and looks amazing. The edges and fit is perfect.

We had a problem with scratches on a table top. Following a delay in response from customer service, we were contacted by the owner of the company. He apologized for the lack of response and not only refunded our money but offered a new table top at no cost. We totally misread this company. Totally satisfied with how he handled our situation.

They are a perfect fit.

People don’t waste your time don’t waste your frustration with protectmats they are not a responsible company they don’t own up to the mistakes constantly excuses on their end as far as customer service can’t even get measurements done the right way arguing that more than 1/2 inch will shrink I have all the emails between them and pictures I had to go out of my way and dispute the charges with the credit card company just don’t buy from them a company like this should not even function

We are very pleased with this product right from the start the process was simple and easy. We gave them our measurements and the thickness in less than a week they fit amazingly perfect. Highly recommend this product especially if you have grandkids should have done this a long time ago. Great company to deal with. Definitely A plus.

I was looking for something for my oval table, so I wouldn’t ruin the finish. I was tired of putting down placemats or a table cloth and I seen an ad for Protect mats I measured my table went with the beveled sides 4mm clear it took less than a week. They kept me updated and it looks great.

Ordered a Kitchen table protector 4mm with beveled edge and it was a perfect fit and beveled edge looks awesome. This is a great product with a nice thickness. Highly recommend this company.

Excellent quality product (had returned one from another company that was poor quality). Fits perfectly.
UPS damaged product and was stuck in hub. Had great customer service with Alex, he immediately sent me a new product.

I ordered covers for my outdoor Teak furniture. I Love their product. I ordered the cleat tablecloth as they call it> I was afraid it would be too thin. It was perfect. Perfectly measured to fit and excellent quality! They were received quickly! The price was RIGHT!

I can not speak enough praise I have for this company and its product! I have order at least 4 times! Keeps my furniture sooo protective and beautiful! The staff is amazing. I have an imperfection in my oval order (which fit perfectly) and they made up for the problem in minutes! They were so quick to make me happy!
