Ordered on May 22nd 2025, no delivery and no reply to my numerous emails. £40-odd down the drain. Don't waste your time.

Same as the others on here have said - I ordered in June, chased up a month later and was told it’d be sent out but here another month later and received nothing! Used to be a regular customer- ever ordering from them again

Placed an order - never received. Sent multiple emails, all ignored. Their socials are locked down so you can't comment. It's theft pure and simple. Authorities need to intervene with this company looking at similar reviews. Would encourage others to go to trading standards.

I used to really enjoy this company - their bars were lovely and their customer service used to be excellent. Unfortunately, that has changed significantly.

My recent experience has been very disappointing. I placed a Christmas order that never arrived, and I had to chase multiple times to get a refund. I only received part of what I was owed and they still haven’t refunded me for one of the missing items.

To make matters worse, I asked to cancel my VIP subscription, but they ignored my request and continued to charge me. I sent follow-up emails, which were never acknowledged or answered.

It’s incredibly frustrating to feel ignored as a customer. Sadly, I can no longer recommend this company. There are many other small businesses and handmade protein bar brands out there that provide much better service and actually value their customers.

Absolute scam company.
Do not buy from them.
I've been a customer for last few years and spent a lot of money.
But They've become a scam company.
They take orders and payments and then won't dispatch orders,answer emails or refund payments.
I placed orders on 17th,25th march.
They didn't dispatch,or answer 3 emails or cancel and refund me when I twice requested.
I raised transaction disputes with my bank and PayPal to recover my money.
I suggest anyone who's been cheated do the same,but make sure you do it within 120 days of orders.
I rejoined on a vipmembership in December 24 after not ordering for a year.
Finding out they've become scammers.
I can't recover my vipmembership payment as over 120 days has past.
I'll be reporting them to trading standards and I suggest anyone else scammed do the same.
I'd give 0 stars ,but the mininum can give is 1.

What a scam company!! I ordered two months ago and I haven’t received my order yet. I emailed them but they didn’t respond, so I tried to find their socials.
Their comments are limited and when I managed to comment , they ignored me again. Avoid unless you want to waste you money.

Avoid this company. I have bought yummy protein treats from this company for years but never again. Placed two orders, one of which was 4 weeks ago now and no dispatch confirmation or order has arrived for either. Company initially advised weeks ago when I chased that they were having issues with disruption of orders but I have emailed again to chase my products again and received no response. What doesn’t make sense is why they continued to let orders be placed when they have not fulfilled one’s from a month prior… They have limited comments on their Instagram posts so that customers cannot complain about not receiving their orders on social media. I have noticed comments on a Facebook post in relation to the same issue of customers not getting their orders. When will we get our orders? Probably never! Something needs to be done about this scam company
