terrible customer service. made a order of over £50 and was suppose to get free pancakes. for some reason it was taking the free pancakes off when i got to checkout even though my order was over £50. i was told the free pancakes needed to be added manually but nothing came up on screen for me to do so. i asked them to look into this which they confirmed that my order was a actually over £50 but if they took the pancakes out the order it would bring it to £45 which i didn’t want doing i wanted the pancakes i paid for and the free pancakes making it 2. therefor my order was over £50. they said they could send me free pancakes out due to my order being over £50 but only if i paid the £3.99 delivery which i refused. disgusting customer service. i spent £98 in one week with protein world and this is how they value there customers. shocking. never dealt with such poor customer service ever. never again shall i be ordering from protein world and i will be letting people know thei hassle i have had

Slender protein pancakes are delicious and they keep you full for the most of the day! But stuck to the pan and I used fry light, but will try again and mug cakes are so light and fluffy.

We really gutted ordered on the 9th after a week I emailed to them they said there had been a problem with my order so they was sending it though again then told me would be max 4 days and was putting this though ASAP again waited a week and nothing, it hadn’t even been sent out! So I asked to cancel my order

i like the products a lot however i tried the protein bars and dislike them i went to leave a one star review because you get ten and i dont want other people to be in the same boat as me with ten protein bars that taste rubbish and are hard and it says hidden on the review so i think just bare that in mind when reading the reviews they hide any reviews below 3 stars. I've tried there porridge and love it and their protein powder tastes goood

Definitely the best tasting protein powder I've tried. I use the porridge and protein bars a lot as well. Absolutely love them!

I ordered 2 of the mug cakes, which I have ordered before, absolutely love them!!
But didn’t get a scoop with either of the bags? I wouldn’t mind having to order one but it came with one last time, so I had to estimate the scoops

I absolutely loved your products. I’ve been using them for over 12mths. Unfortunately the last 2 batches I bought tasted horrible. In both vanilla and chocolate. Have you changed the formula? Sorry but I can’t stand the new taste. I’ll have to switch.

I ordered from Protein world and I couldn't cancel my subscription box, which is very misleading, till I spoke to someone through their chat.

I sent my returned items with a filled out form inside the box, in its original packaging, and they're asking for a receipt of refund??? Who does that!? Can you confirm or not confirm that you have received my order, SO THAT I CAN GET A REFUND?!

Other companies do not ask for a receipt...

I returned my items by recorded delivery on Friday 4th December, it is now 14th December and still no refund?

I have spoken to them numerous times and you're still asking me for a receipt. Can you just see if you've received my order?

Protein World are thieves, taking advantage of people and keep money that does not belong to them.

This company ARE backwards and needs to update the way they run their company.

In the checkout i got a glitch/lag wich made it so i couldnt change sizes or add coupon codes but after i contacted them through a email they refunded me.

I order from Protein world and ended up with a subscription which is quite misleading.

I returned all the products ordered on 11th Nov and it is now 25th Nov and still no refund.

I have emailed numerous times and get fobbed off with you will get it by 25th Nov. This is disgusting as every penny counts for people in this pandemic.

Shame on you Protein World for taking advantage of people.

Thanks for your prompt response to my second review. I have however provided proof of postage twice and it was returned within the right timeframes as per your returns policy but you are not processing my refund and I want to know why please.

Very poor customer service and disgusting vegan chocolate protein powder. Still waiting for a return for a product returned that tasted disgusting. This is my second bad review and chaser to the company via email. Hope this helps others not to deal with this company. The cheapness of the product reflects the poor quality product and poor customer service. Extremely disappointing. AVOID!

I ordered from protein world a few months ago I managed to loose 1 stone over 4 weeks by sticking to their 4 week plan. It does definitely work but you need to stick to it and not snack throughout the day and you defiantly need to exercise. That was how it worked for me. There is a great selection of different products and I am going to be ordering again. I fell off my diet a little managed to maintain the 1 stone loss but need to get back on it I had so much more energy and felt so much healthier using the protein world products. Definitely worth a try to see if it suits you if you are looking at loosing weight. I was very strict drank plenty of water and stuck to the plan for a whole 4 weeks no cheat days.

There is no button so say you agree to any terms and conditions before purchase, but they reply to emails saying you're stuck in a minimum term for subscriptions when you try to cancel.

Most of the products are disgusting! I got the slender plan which to be honest was a good programme and if the products tasted nice it would be really good . The vanilla porridge was so so sweet , and the cookies and cream bars are the worst thing ever , they taste like blue cheese , but in the worst way!

Their vegan protein powder is still the best-tasting one, but they have started that late-stage capitalism process of chiselling. Shipping smaller and smaller amounts in smaller and smaller packages and being increasingly opaque about how much you are buying for what price. You now but "a month's supply". Says who? How do you know how many servings I have a day and on what days. There is no way to find out how much you are actually buying for the price you are paying. Personally I think they should legally have to say how much everything costs, per serving.

Every product I have ordered has came exceptionally quick and is of great quality! My favourite has been the strawberry whey so far! Been using it for the past two years and plan to continue doing so!

Products are great, but they every time you order tick the box for a monthly subscription I always untick this !!! And I had ordered a little over a week ago. I noticed the email for a reoccurring order and rang the customer service. And they said they couldn’t cancel. And I would have to pay to send it back, even tho there is no dispatch confirmation . So disappointing as the protein and bars are great and the fast service. I ve recommended these products to my clients. But customer service is just as important as the product. You should be able to tick if you want to subscribe not the other way around you have to untuck the box if you don’t !

So impressed!! Protein pancakes arrived less than a day after I ordered them and the product is unreal with great macros! Lovely personal touch in the box as well! 100% recommend if you care about your body and supporting a good business

The product flavor and quality is incomparable to any of the brands I’ve had. The taste doesn’t come off “supplemental” it actually taste genuinely good. I highly recommend any and all products!

Very very quick delivery, ordered on Wednesday and arrived on Thursday!! The pancakes and chocolate porridge taste great!! 2nd time buying, will definitely buy from them again!!
