Bought a spare part for my electric golf trolley, Quick delivery, easy site to navigate, thoroughly recommended

I ordered the wrong wheel to start, but Pro Trolley had no problem with exchange and I had the correct parts the next day.

My Protrolley wheels were breaking up so needed to re-new. Looked at the website and discovered they did replacement tyres. Just needed to check one or two things for my own satisfaction so telephoned their office. I was answered by a charming lady who answered my queries promptly and to my satisfaction so ordered tyres. They appeared within a couple of days with full instructions on how to fit. Easy Peasy. Then ordered some drive wheel pins which again arrived promptly. Only problem for me was I was not in to sign for them. So had to collect from Post Office. But that adds to Protrolleys' efficiency by having items signed for. Thanks.

Ordered hedgehog wheels for my remote trolley which was over 10 days to be delivered they said they didn't know what trolley i had so could not send i did email a picture off trolley and it said it comes with a kit to fit most anyway. It took me over 4 hours of stress to fit these first it was very fiddly removing and replacing the drive pins then had to grind down pins that fit in wheel because they where to long ended up throwing away cos couldn't fit through drilled hole for them. had to make some up my self which i cld get through and remove more easily. Had to file drilled holes that had burs on shaft so wheel wouldn't slide over. Front wheel had to make up my own rod and bolts welded one nut on and hedgehog wheel wos to big for washers and space.after all this messing about myself i think there finally sorted but a lot of stress.not tryed on course yet. I can say they are helpful when phoned but i don't think the hedgehog wheels quite work for this trolley.

I had a high pitch squel from the left wheel, so I ordered a new clutch. Within two days I had received the new one and it was easy to fit and now my trolley is working great!

Purchased a potentiometer as the old one was getting unreliable.
Order arrived super quick and was identical to the old one. Now trolley is back to normal. Shame about the golf.
Would definitely use protrolley again.

Can honestly say that all my contacts with ProTrolley have been extremely positive. Products are good and compare favourably with most similar companies. After sales and accessories are veryu good and reasonably priced. Even if there is a problem they go the extra mile to resolve the issue and do not stop until it is done. Only issue can be that you can't always get hold of them by phone immediately, but they do get back to you ASAP and once contact is established things move on quickly

I bought this trolley after a recommendation from a friend and at first use it seems that I have made a good choice. The build quality seems good and delivery was prompt and the trolley was packaged very well for transit. I have only used the trolley twice as yet and am getting used to the controls etc but very happy so far.

Purchased a new remote control for my golf trolley, had a speedy delivery. The instructions to link the remote to my trolley were very simple and clear & had it working straight away! One very happy customer looking forward to having the remote back for his trolley :-)

If you have issues with your electric golf trolley there are no better people to sort it than Protrolley. Their knowledge and experience is second to none and they will even ask you for photos to really identify the correct parts you require, then they'll send them to you promptly and are always available to speak to personally if you need help.
They are the best, and believe me I've had dealings with so many so-called experts who after two or three questions demonstrate their actual non-knowledge.

Bought a golf trolley umbrella holder and a large trolley carry bag. Both good value for money and they arrived very quickly

Ordered a short battery lead (the one with the kettle connection at one end) and it was not giving a proper connection when fitted, I have had to hook it up in a twisted manner to make sure it does not cut out on me.
Delivery time was perfect and item was what I ordered, pity about the quality.

I've had my electric trolley for about 8 years and apart from the radio transmitter needing to be replaced and one of the two Moters it's been giving me good service from day one

Unfortunately my initial order seemed to be lost in the post. However Helen, in the customer services sent a replacement which arrived the following day.Had my trolley for 3 years now - just had to replace a clutch.
