As a very demanding 85 year old I can say without question that the manager of your Tetbury branch is the most efficient and courteous gentleman I have ever had the pleasure in meeting ,iam sure he has the loyalty of his staff based on his mannerism and commitment to his customers .
Well done to him and his staff based on my own experiences during my numerous visits over tge last few years,

I pre-booked my MOT at Protyre Tetbury…
I pre-booked my MOT at Protyre Tetbury as it is very convenient for me and pricing is competitive. There were no issues and my only observation is that on return to me all seat belts in the car had been left inserted and the head-lights had been left set to near-side side-light, I didn't realise this on collection in broad daylight and fortunately happened to notice later on at night otherwise I could have had a flat battery.

2 new front tyres replaced.
Made contact with Keith by email, agreed cost of replacing both front tyres, brought my car in at allotted time, tyres replaced, no issues, the whole process from contact to fitment took 90 mins, very good service.

Keith Elliot from the Tetbury branch spent hours on my behalf dealing with my car warranty claim. The process is engineered in a way that a normal person would loose the will to live, I nearly did. Keith went and got it done for me as the warranty company would only deal with the garage who fixed the car and not me. I Highly recommend Protyres service
