Proximedia / Online / Batibouw+ contracteert zelf startende of kleine zelfstandigen, die vaak nog enigszins naïef zijn in de harde zakenwereld. Op een manipulatieve en slinkse manier worden zij aangezet om verstikkende contracten te ondertekenen, waarvan de harde en leegzuigende gevolgen zich pas na enkele maanden laten voelen. Er is geen ruimte voor communicatie.
Ondanks het feit dat zij zelf enorme druk uitoefenen op hun nieuwe klanten (lees: tot deze mensen er mentaal én financieel onderdoor gaan), komen ze hun eigen beloftes niet na, zoals het opleveren van een operationele en professionele website binnen de maand of het aanbrengen van een bepaald aantal klanten binnen het jaar.
Doordat ze zo gewiekst te werk gaan, is hun machtspositie tegenover de ‘kleine klant’ gigantisch. Juridische stappen zijn voor velen onbetaalbaar, waardoor zelfstandigen met de rug tegen de muur worden gezet. Bloedzuigers die enkel aan zichzelf denken en hardwerkende mensen geld uit de handen slaan tot het op alle vlakken pijn doet.
Deze firma moet gestopt worden en alle benadeelde ‘klanten’ moeten vergoed worden tot hun laatste cent is terugbetaald. Niemand verdient het om zo behandeld te worden. Echt walgelijk.

De manière manipulatrice et sournoise, ils les poussent à signer des contrats étouffants, dont les conséquences lourdes et financièrement destructrices ne se font sentir qu’après plusieurs mois. Aucune place n’est laissée à la communication.
Malgré la pression énorme qu’ils exercent eux-mêmes sur leurs nouveaux clients (au point de les mener à l’épuisement mental et financier), ils ne respectent pas leurs propres promesses, telles que la livraison d’un site web opérationnel et professionnel dans le mois ou l’apport d’un nombre déterminé de clients dans l’année.
En agissant de manière aussi rusée, leur position de pouvoir face au « petit client » devient écrasante. Les frais juridiques sont, dans la plupart des cas, inabordables, ce qui place ces indépendants dos au mur. De véritables sangsues qui ne pensent qu’à elles-mêmes et arrachent l’argent de personnes travailleuses jusqu’à ce que la situation devienne douloureuse à tous les niveaux.
Cette entreprise doit être arrêtée et tous les clients lésés doivent être indemnisés jusqu’au remboursement du dernier centime. Personne ne mérite d’être traité de cette manière. C’est tout simplement écœurant.

In a manipulative and deceitful manner, they are pushed into signing suffocating contracts, the severe and financially draining consequences of which only become apparent after several months. There is no room for communication.
Despite the enormous pressure they themselves place on new clients (to the point of mental and financial exhaustion), they fail to deliver on their own promises, such as providing an operational and professional website within a month or generating a specified number of clients within a year.
By operating in such a cunning way, their position of power over the “small client” becomes overwhelming. Legal action is often financially unattainable, leaving these entrepreneurs with their backs against the wall. Leeches that think only of themselves and siphon money from hardworking people until it hurts on every level.
This company must be stopped, and all affected “clients” should be compensated until every last cent is repaid. No one deserves to be treated this way. Truly disgusting.

I worked here and I learned so much! Not only how to talk about the product, but also how to correctly visit potential clients. The communication with colleagues and superiors was very clearly and fun aswell. It's because the travel time to the office is so long, that I had to resign from this job. I LOVED working here! The pay was also very nice!!

I wish i could give this company zero star they promise u to do alot but they don’t do anything i wasn’t aware of them at the starting whn i told my one of the friend that my father signed something with them and he immediately told me to cancel the contract i have send them multiple emails that i wanted to stop the contract they always reply me with the amount like 40% of the contract like 2500 euros for nothing or if i don’t pay them i should someone else who can take the contract from us whn the guy came to my father he told him that we can cancel the contract whenever we want but they say no u can’t its a fraud company in Belgium they keep on sending me invoices but am not going to pay them nothing bcoz they are fraud and everyone in the belgium knws that

Scamers. They advertise under another comercial names so you can not veryfing company in google. They push to sign fast contract.Contract will cost you at least 7000-8000 e, and will bring you nothing.... How is possible that it's legal? Where is consument law in Belgium?
