I have submitted a support request (case ID 01065932) and have not had a response in nearly TWO MONTHS. It appears that PRS is failing to register releases with ASCAP and BMI. After releasing... See more

Disgusting company
Disgusting company. Demanding money that I don't owe. Refuse to respond to my request of being taken off their books. They owe me money but I'm not going to risk giving them my bank details as they will probably start taking money out. I am now contacting the ombudsman about this dreadful company.
Payments Team so far behind.......
I am being chased for payments I don't need to pay. Our dance group haven't got together to dance since March 2019 and I subsequently folded the group in March 2021. I had this agreed on the telephone that no payment is required because our group no longer exists but their payments team ignore my emails and have since said they will pass the matter to a third party collector! Edited by way of an update: It took a fairly lengthy telephone conversation with a helpful lady to resolve this.
I am with them for 2 years..
I am with them for 2 years... They never paid to me! I contacted them many times, they said I should receive my money on July, than they give new month ... My music was played on BBC for 6 times over these years and They NEVER PAID ME (not talking about other radios) What a bad company. They just gonna take your money and give you nothing not even good customer service. Very very bad and def not recommend it for others !
Absolutely shocking
Absolutely shocking.
7 months and they cannot organise a three way split sheet. Emails 20 minute phone calls before being cut off. Dreadful company. Complete waste of money. I’m going to complain to an external authority because they are a waste of time.
Awful scammers
Awful, trying to swindle pubs out of hundreds of £ this year and threatened us with court proceedings.
Weve not played music since last march and even the few weeks we were open, not allowed music.
They are a disgr6

Keep trying to get blood out of a stone. Were closed no income but you want us to pay forward. Dream on.
Worst company I have ever felt with no compasion
Worst company I have ever delt with no compassion in any situation should be closed down must be a better way for musicians etc to receive there royalties without paying this band of criminals😡😡
Absolutely shocking service
Absolutely shocking service.
The incompetence from this company is the worst I have seen in all my years in business. In fact all the years I have been in business, this company has caused problems and cannot get anything right.
Every year they either mess up my payment plan, or when I call and say let me pay any outstanding balances in full, I think I have done this and then they chase you 3 years later for an apparent outstanding balance. When I ask for proof of this I get ignored and then told my case has been handed over to collection agency.
They are diabolic, I would suggest not using them if you were not forced to do business with, but they have you over a barrel.
Legalised Extortion
No one plays their first gig in a stadium, so grassroots music venues perform a crucial early role in the development of new artists. Without the 945 such venues in the UK it’s debatable whether PRS would have any royalties to collect.
With this in mind it may come as a shock to learn that PRS actually charge cash strapped venues such as ours thousands of pounds in royalties for showcasing music that we collectively acted as midwife to. This sort of practice seems to be unique to the UK; elsewhere collections agencies lavish the grassroots sector with financial support to ensure that fledgling artists have access to world class facilities. Here they’re more interested in bleeding it dry. It’s legalised extortion is what it is.
Just awful............
PRS need to read the room
PRS need to read the room. If you don't support grass roots now you'll only have Coldplay in supermarkets. No-one wants that. Stop helping yourself to the money at this difficult time.

I am appalled at the incompetency and aggressive nature that this company operates with.I paid in September into the same account as the previous year with the same account details, I have snice been contacted by 8 different people chasing payment. When I say I have paid they ask for proof on bank statements etc. I have now sent all of this info at least 3 times. Someone should sue them for harassment. I am currently trying to find out who they are regulated by. Anyone know?
Not even worth a 1 star
Not even worth a 1 star. The people who work there intimidate and threaten customers and have no empathy at all. They are like robots with a script to sat to people.
Not even worth a 1 star
Not even worth a 1 star. Business forced temporary closure by Government, PRS refusing to credit against current invoice. They can only credit against future invoices. Sure that’s against trading standards!
Rip off
Rip off, rip off, rip off, hassled by calls emails, threats. Why would anyone want to work with these blood sucking leeches. Really chasing up musicians now giving them even more grief now they have no clubs to bully.
Take money in advance from Clubs Bars…
Take money in advance from Clubs Bars Pubs Shops etc. Don't refund when they know all these businesses have been forced to close and can't possibly benefit from playing licensed music. Surely the Government should act on this ? Let's all write to our MPs
A total rip off
This company bullies pubs etc into paying huge fees for playing music. There staff continually harass and bully to get money. This company needs to be investigated by trading standards or an ombudsman to look at its practises and charging. If you look at their accounts you cant see where they pay the money collected to, so artists actually receiving anything.
