Following delivery/dispatch issues, Dan from Pryor arranged for a replacement metal stamp to be sent replacing the item that has not arrived. Pryor Marking Technology are an excellent, trustworthy company producing a high quality product. Many thanks for resolving the delivery problem.
The number stamps gave nice clear crisp indentations. A quality product.
I have try to order one symbol punch. over the phone they confirm the availability and they send the parts on same day for next day delivery. I would recommend them.

I should have known there would be a problem when the returns section of the website wouldn’t load…I received an email from them saying this was still under development and to return the item.
Low and behold they could not issue a refund as apparently the only person who could do it was ‘unexpectedly’ not there…and they could not issue by another method!
Still waiting for refund!
