Lovely doctor very good and professional had a lot of knowledge and made me feel comfortable. He gave me my diagnosis straight after the assessment and offered options for support. He wrote my report after a couple of days! Amazing. I have never used this company before but I highly recommend them

The last time I was referred the response time took months only to be rejected and have to be re referred due to not responding fast enough even though I struggle with ADHD and have four children and a very busy lifestyle! This is very inconsiderate to people that suffer with ADHD especially if they're supposed to know about it and how it affects people they should know what to expect.

I called my GP and within a month, I’ve received emails and texts regarding progressing to assessment stage. I had then got diagnosed within a month of the initial contact of the team. The experience was good for me as my psychiatrist didn’t try to overwhelm or undermine my experiences.

Although there are delays with initial consultations and diagnosis I found the entire process very simple and straightforward! The prescriber also helped with questions around medication. Overall I’m extremely satisfied with my experience and would highly recommend to anyone looking for neurodiversity diagnosis and medicine titration

Are you actually paying people to write these reviews as my experience is absolutely the worst I ha e ever had with a so called health provider. I was diagnosed again for the second time as my first was private and the nhs cancelled my shared care agreement. And was referred in March 2025, I did not get and appointment till December 2025. Confirmed my diagnosis then and 9 months still waiting for Titration.
For medication im already stable on which I cant afford..
With no contact other than emails telling me there is more delays. And you are completely uncontactable.

Very fast referral and assessment considering the NHS wait times! The fact that I got to choose which doctor would be overseeing my assessment was also incredible! I felt very accommodated and informed throughout the whole process as well as during the assessment itself!

I'd put a note on my account to further outline my cardiac history and some recent unpleasant medication reactions I'd had and was pleasantly surprised to be contacted the next day by a nurse who wanted to make sure I wasn't in danger and had proper support.
I'm early days through the process at this point, my referral only went through at the end of July from my Doctors and I've only recently done all my forms so will have some ways to go yet. With my cardio history and other mental health I'm unsure what the outcome will be for me but I'm grateful to the support and think they're doing as best as can be managed with the amount of patients they have to treat.
