I am very sorry to hear that we are discontinuing your most popular brand of incense. I can assure you that we do always try to have consistency with the items we sell, however, there are times when we have to make the decision to discontinue lines and this can be for one of a few reasons.
I have checked our system and can see that we do currently still have stock available for this range, as well as over 300 other scents of incense, which are also very popular. You did fine but DPD did not deliver
You did fine but DPD didn’t they left the parcel on my neighbours doorstep and did not hand over to anyone it was there for 2 days in the rain. Hence the box was soggy by the time it was found. Luckily most items were in plastic covers but some of the notebooks were damp. I did email you with this complaint but not heard anything
