Customer service has been great. They have provided me with everything that was needed. This is my second hunting season with my E bike and I still choose it over my ATV.

I received 2 bikes that I ordered with no issues. All add-ons were received and they were well packaged and easy to assemble. Since that time I ordered a 3rd bike and was pleased with it as well. My family is definitely sold on this product and the support.

Total experience was good except that the directions for assembly were very lacking in detail. Most of that was just head-scratching and trial & error..

Because my Husky Tricycle was out of warranty. My experience was great. The customer service treated me like I am somebody. I sent them only 1 email explain my problem and they got right back to me the next day. My trike was a little over a year old and they covered the part. All on them !

Boxer was easy setup no problems at all. Very smooth riding and the PAS works perfect. Looking forward to riding any chance I get! Already purchased addons and windproof gear. Thx Puckipuppy!

Contacted customer service via WhatsApp and received immediate response, in addition to the issue being resolved in 1-2 business days.

I bought three bulldog bikes. The assembly was straight forward. The bike are fast and easy to ride and extremely comfortable.
I didn't like that they was made in China after all they bill themselves as an American company.
One very strange oddity. Why didn't they include mounting screws on the cross bars? Trying to add that now could be risky considering i didn't know where the wires are going.

I bought my Puckipuppy Beagle ST 2 and have put about 600 miles on it so far. I've been enjoying the comfortable quiet ride. I daily commute my bike to work and I have no complaints so far. The original tires that come with the bike are fairly loud but it's a good feature since people hear you coming. The rear brake pads need replacing and that's about it. I recommend this bike to anyone looking for a comfortable sleek looking bike!

Puckipuppy Customer service is fast to respond. They also appear to care about the customer expierence.
The bike I recieved, the puckipuppy Alaskan Electric Tricycle was well made and is a nice stable ride. I was so impressed with the quality of the bike, that I baught a second one for my significant other.

Great bike for the cost.

I had all my questions answered before I purchased my two ebikes. We love our Beagle bikes, they are a great product. Even after the sale of the bikes the customer service department helped us with a discount on an ebike car carrier for my car.

I bought two E-bike's, one Beegle and one Golden R. both arrived faster than expected and packaging was amazing. I was able to get the bikes together in about 45 minutes each. Instructions, not so good, but if you a little handy you'll have no problems. Can't wait to try them out.

It’s been 6 months since I bought 2 Beagle e-bikes and they are so much fun.These are heavy duty fat tire bikes that me and my wife love to ride,the battery last a good amount of time.These shipping came quickly and they were packaged very well and easy to put together.I did change the handle bars on mine so I wasn’t leaning forward when riding ,my wife doesn’t seem to mind them but may change her mind they do make your arms tired on a long ride.Thanks Puckipuppy for making a nice sturdy,comfortable and economical bike

From the start the buying experience was very user friendly...I called prior to being and received great feedback on which bike to buy due to my usage .After that the order was shipped in a time full manor ....The product is very well machined and the assembly was very easy to accomplish as most all tools for install come with the bike which was amazing as well as the quality of the tools unlike junk tools which you usually get with products.
Following that the Customer Service has been second to none ...The bike has performed great and exceeds my expectations ...I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a good bike to use for getting around properties for hunting like me or just general recreational use .

Extremely well packed, easy assembly, I was riding an hour later. Excellent everything; brakes, handling, shifts perfect, as fast as you would want. I would buy again in a minute; no regrets. I’m 59, been riding all my life, best experience I’ve ever had with a new bike.

What a fantastic find. I got this Boxer ebike in Camo and couldn't be more pleased. The front forks are what they are. They show wear around the seals after a short ride. You can set the bike upside down for a while before first ride and this might prevent the verticle marks. The forks are not air shocks which would be more of a concern. It's not a huge deal since they are truly not the highest quality... But they WORK very well! And that's what matters. Very solid bike so far. CS is beyond helpful. They really try to make everything right. Very pleased, go for it! You'll be very impressed. You can easily make modifications if you want, it may void your warranty so be careful. Best bike I have ever owned so far --- super fun! Just be mindful of taking care of it. I check and tighten things after every other ride. After some time you no longer will need to do this. But it's a good idea to always check. For what they offer, it's fantastic for starting out. Things are simple enough to where you can upgrade parts at will if you know what you're doing. Customer Service in every aspect is designed to BS you - it's called "corporate". These guys are good at it but if you know how this works, they are wonderful to work with. They just want PROOF of your issues... I have no problem with that. Prove yourself first and they will take care of you. :)

UPDATE 12/14/25: I totally took an 8mph digger on the bike trying to fit in single track. It bumped a rock jutting from the trail and I launched... My knee amazingly went right into the handlebar stem and destroyed my leg for some time. I sit here and have the bike polished, staring at it. Eventually I will RIDE AGAIN! I love this beast! If you're used to mtn bikes with 2.5" tires, these are massive at the 4.0" - very bubbly, be careful out there. Its a whole new world on these devices! You can launch off in a jiffy - go slow(er) and enjoy the unit - it's wonderful!
