Unexpected customs fees.

I ordered a kid’s jacket from Puddleducks Kids for €77.61 (including €11.95 shipping), but now La Poste (France) is asking me to pay 23 euros extra customs/fees before delivery. At checkout and on the product page there was no clear notice that customers in Europe may have to pay additional taxes or import charges. This was a surprise and added cost. Other sites sell similar items for comparable prices without unexpected fees. Please make international customs/tax charges much clearer before purchase.

Very happy customer

Really impressed with the speedy delivery/service of puddleducks. Managed to order a jellycat Dexter dinasour on 17th November which I’ve been looking for a while as has been out of stock on many online sources, and it arrived today. Would definitely order from them again

Amazing bargain

Amazing bargain! Bought a Hatley Dino colour changing rain coat, usually about £35 for £16 it arrived fast, beautifully packed and the delivery was extremely reasonable, will for sure use again thanks guys ❤️
