Shipping and delivery is long and until now my item is still hasnt arrive
And Swapping of the bonus item is confusing.

Hey there! I am so sorry for the delay! We've been seeing this happen a good bit this week in particular - I think the removal of automated sorting machines has caused USPS to sort packages without scanning them, which has lead to some tracking numbers staying at "Accepted" or "Late" until they're delivered. Judging by the timeline of your order I'd expect it to show up within the next few business days! Let me know how everything is puffin' when it comes in =)

Very bad experience I had their Customer service is very low and also the product was average and delivery not in time delay 2 days.

I ordered the X-Max v2 Pro on Feb 23rd…

I ordered the X-Max v2 Pro on Feb 23rd with 2 day shipping, after three days I had not got anything and contacted customer support they said it was because of the weather in Texas and around the network of USPS that everything was delayed they said to give it a day or two more.
I contacted CS Friday the 26th to let them know nothing has been updated in tracking they said to contact them on Monday if I haven’t gotten it and they would send a replacement.
It is Monday the mail has already come and I have sent an email to customer support with no response as of yet, curious to see what happens now. In the meantime everything else I have ordered have come through just fine via USPS from other locations in Cala.

PS they did refund the shipping costs to my account last week which I am grateful for but it would be nice to have a product that I can actually use now.

I ordered an item via the website. That very item was shipped to me in a timely manner, including tracking information. Plus, there was candy in the delivery. Bonus points.

Sometimes doesn’t work at all

I keep having constant issues with the vleaf go. It constantly doesn’t work on and off. It heats up, but produces no vapor. i cant seem to spot the issue and it happens randomly

Order was shipped very quickly after I placed it. Like others my package took longer than the priority guarantee, but that is the fault of the post office, not puffitup. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

Excellent business!!!

I placed my order @ 12:30 am, and later that day the price dropped $30. They quickly refunded me the difference and helped me with a minor shipping issue. All replies were extremely quick. Great prices and great customer support for the win!!!!!

Puffitup came through again as always…

Puffitup came through again as always and I’m totally satisfied with my new Boundless CFX. I have ordered several vaporizers over the years and this one is by far the best one I’ve owned. I will always go back to Puffitup for the Superb service, quality and price.
