I ordered some perfume from L’Artisan perfumeur and did not receive the gift offered at checkout,this I am told was a product issue & a mistake on checkout so I did not receive what I expected. After several unproductive emails including photos, I am giving up & will not be ordering again or recommending L’Artisan Perfumeur.
