Very confusing from the card supplier Pulse
Recently had text message after text, then emails and finally a letter about bank details being changed by Pulse card that needs changing after 31 December 2025.
After I had numerous texts and emails, and finally a letter, visiting the app multiple times to see what I had to do with no joy I called them.
The person Ispoke to was very helpful and sorted out my query of hwta I was supposed to do. Now, this change you have to do IS ONLY IF YOU USE YOUR BANK ACCOUNT to pay your bill. Because I use the app and just use my debit card nothing will change for me, the payments will still go through.
Now, why didn't they didnt put that in the dozens of texts/emails and a letter I don't know, their help centre must be getting thousands of calls. Oh, and Pulse, along with other credit cards say they will never text or email you about your account...a fraudsters wetdream this confusion!!
4* the help centre 0* for the very confusing/alarming texts/emails and letter!!

The best credit card I have!
The Pulse app for my card is so simple and straightforward to use. Extremely intuitive and has every customer scenario accounted for within it (card services, account services, online services etc). In the many years that I have had my card I can honestly say I have never once had to place a phone call to customer services for any help or action. Fab card, fab service!

The card is link to my amazon account and allow me to purchase items easily without restriction. It also increase my credit limit and allow me to pay a reasonable amount on each of my supplies. The card is fantastic. One thing the company to work on is more cash back and reasonable loan offers meaning lower interest rate.
