The ease of filing a claim and the quick turnaround time of the entire process is impressive. Questions that I needed answered were responded to promptly and efficiently. I am so relieved to have insurance through Pumpkin. I have already had a few health scares with my pups and knowing that my insurance will help cover those costs was such a relief. Thanks Pumpkin!!!

Will not do without Pumpkin Insurance
I've had Pumpkin insurance for several years now for several dogs. They are always prompt with the reimbursements I have requested in the past. I will not go without pet insurance and Pumpkin is the best I have used. I just got reimbursed for over $7000 for a rattlesnake bite on my Brittany. The checks arrived in the mail less than 2 weeks after the emergency.
