Never use again

I placed order on 18th Dec. When not received 2 weeks later I said it was too late now, cancel order and refund. Now over 3 weeks later they say they have resent order (despite being told to cancel several times). I have now contacted my credit card company to action Sestion 75 reclaim.

Since changing ownership they are absolute rubbish and will never use agaib.

Shocked

I was totally shocked to see that all of their
Cashmere clothing is made in China. This is not what I would expect from such an expensive brand. Will not be purchasing from this company again. What is wrong with using more locally sourced cashmere such as Scotland.

I had problems using the online…

I had problems using the online ordering.
Your website asked for a new password which i repeated four times.I eventually used the original password and it worked.
In exasperation I ordered by phone.I do think that your online system needs checking.

No sizing info, poor customer service

I wanted to purchase a pair of socks that come as S/M/L as a gift, but there was no size guide on the website. Customer services were unable to tell me the size guide over the phone either - I was told a size small sock could maybe be a size 3-6, which I doubt to be true. I was also told that despite their inability to advise on sizing, that I would still have to pay for delivery and returns if the item was an unsuitable size. This is very poor customer service and I’m shocked.

SO VERY HELPFUL

Rachel has been brilliant, advising me about an out-of-stock situation and giving me precise measurements of the next size down. Thanks to her I was able to order with confidence and can't wait to get my beautiful black polo neck!

Good service, lovely garments

I ordered a sweater and blouse from outlet. They arrived this morning and I’m delighted. Had to speak to customer service and found the young man to be extremely pleasant and helpful, I have never had a bad experience with this department and have spoken to them on many occasions.

Terrible service...I'm afraid, Customer service awful.

Terrible service this time I'm afraid.
Customer service representative did not listen at all.
Used to be one of my favourite brands but not worth this kind of nonsense. There are other places to get cashmere at similar price point. I wouldnt risk it with Pure again after this fiasco.
