Great products, Easy to use portal. They always let me know when the product is leaving their facility and along the way to my location. I have been purchasing from them for years.

I still have not got my order. taking to long.

I ordered Lypo-Spheric® Magnesium L-Threonate (30 packets, Item # LOL1005) believing I was buying directly from LivOn Labs. I specifically wanted to buy from the manufacturer because their return policy covers opened products, which matters with a supplement, since you can’t know whether it works for you until you try it.

After trying it, I felt off and read the ingredient list more closely. The product contains ethanol as a preservative, which I can’t have because of a genetic disorder. When I called the number on my receipt to return it, I learned I had actually purchased from a different company, PureFormulas, which has a very different policy. They don’t accept returns on opened products, and they don’t accept returns of any kind after 30 days.

For a supplement, that policy is unrealistic. Nearly everyone who buys one needs to try it first, so the policy leaves almost no real room for returns. I also couldn’t find this product in any local store, so ordering online was my only option, and now I’m out $58.95.

I would not recommend buying from this seller. If you want the manufacturer’s return guarantee, double-check that you’re on the official LivOn Labs website before you order. I’ve asked to speak with management and hope they’ll take my concern seriously. I’ll update this review after we talk.

This time I received my vitamins on time, of course, I had to pay for the shipping.

Shipping and service is going downhill while pricing is rising. Going to look for alternatives in the future.

I don’t even pay for expedited delivery anymore because the last several times I have the package was delayed anyway.

They say “sorry shipping is out of our control”, but it’s not. Other companies choose shipping providers that meet the standard their customers pay for. I don’t have this problem with other companies I order from.

After purchasing the product online, the next day I decided I no longer didn't wantwd the product.

The following day, I immediately submitted a cancelation request to cancel the order and be issued a full refund.

I was told the order couldn't be cancel because the order was already processed for shipping.

However, I was further instructed that I could refuse the package upon delivery or accept the delivery and request a return shipping label (free of charge) and return the package and I would be issued a full refund.

I chose to do the latter, in which I did a week ago, but I never received a reply from your company until this review email.

I still have the unopened package in my possession and I still desire to reurn the product.

I am requesting a return shipping label (free of charge) so as to return the product and be issued a full refund, please.

I got my products in a reasonable amount of time. It wasn’t fast but price was more reasonable so a bit longer shipping time was OK.
