Easy to book. James kept us updated and even welcomed us home.

James is very knowledgeable about the cruise industry. His customer service is second to none, a reminder email before final payment day, an email just before you go to remind you about insurance, passports etc, and an email when you get home to see how everything went. He is also readily contacted by phone.

I have booked my last three cruises through James at Pure Holiday Cruises, and his knowledge is second to none. He consistently goes above and beyond to ensure you get the right holiday at the best possible price.

I am not sure where any poor reviews for Pure holidays, or James, eminate. We have always found him to be most professional and always helpful. If fact if we find a holiday we like we'll often call James to see if he will make the arrangements for us.

Requested an updated booking confirmation to show shareholder obc today (Sunday) at 4pm. Received the updated form at 5pm same day. Excellent service !

Our holiday aboard the Ventura was wonderful, we enjoyed every moment of our first cruise, from the ship itself to all the ports we visited. Everything went smoothly, and we truly felt well looked after throughout the entire process.

I have used James from Pure Holidays several times over the past couple of years to book cruises on Cunard ships, I can't sing his praises high enough, I sent him an email on Sunday afternoon and got a detailed reply a couple of hours later, he is very dedicated and extremely knowledgeable and just a delight to do business with. James’s is extremely good at what he does, booking cruises and looking after his clients when they have booked, I would highly recommend him,easy to talk to,and very knowledgeable.

I have booked with many cruise travel agents over the years but Pure Cruises and James have been the best by a long way. There are good prices but it is the personal service, attention to detail and speed of answering any queries that mark James out from the pack.

There was nothing Caribbean about P&O Caribbean cruise onboard Arvia!
Apart from visiting the islands. Max of three Caribbean staff. Absolutely NO Caribbean cuisine. Brilliant Caribbean act but they were treated very badly by management. Management were dishonest and relayed untruths about meeting. Some of the staff very unhelpful and rude. I will NEVER use P&O again.

I received a email stating ur hiring overseas workers providing accommodation I got a job letter and everything 21 pieces of paper for immigration ur logo and everything on it is this you or scam sad part is ive been sending these people my information Why didn't u post this on ur website or something so people can look out for these criminals

10 out 10 James is so help full all ways there to talk to so nice not to lison to a meshing all ways gets a good pice for us
