I took my 61 yr old mother to get her 1st tattoo. Kane was absolutely fab with her. He changed the design slightly which made it much better than the original. He then processed to complete x2 tattoos for me. He listened to what I wanted and got it perfect. Thank you sooo muxh. Will be back for my 5th when I decide what it is.

After having my first tattoo done by Scott at Pureink 1 a month ago where he made me feel very calm and relaxed as I was terrified I went back yesterday for another. When I walked in to the shop there was no one else in and I requested Scott again. He popped his head through and said he was free. Someone else was behind me and we filled out our forms and paid. She went through and I said to reception I'm with Scott aren't I?..she said No you're with Kaine. I said but I asked for Scott because he did my last one and really got not a lot of response. I'm an older lady and not a confrontational person and didn't want to cause a scene so I went with Kaine.
Having said all the above and the way I was made to feel this review would have been 5 stars. The customer service I got from Kaine was exceptional. He was so patient as the first print out was too small so he redid a larger version. He was so lovely and chatty and again I felt very at ease. I really love what he's done for me. Both Scott and Kaine are excellent, really lovely guys and if I could give them 10 stars I would.

I took my daughter to get her nose pierced today and I couldnt fault it. Friendly warm welcome when we arrived, forms were simple and quick and Jade was amazing who did the piercing. She was friendly, quick and knowledgeable and answered all our questions. 100% recommend.

Went to get my septum piercing done and the lady was just rude she was an older lady it took her 2 tries and 5 minutes to pierce my septum and it is way too high and she went through my cartilage

I went to PUREINK 1 for my first ever tattoo and the staff there were amazing so kind and friendly. My artist was kaine who was very supportive and helpful and my tattoo was amazing. I went back yesterday to get another tattoo and yet again my experience was great. I would highly recommend. Love my tattoo again done by kaine. Thank you very much. See you again soon. ❤️

The gentleman behind the corner at the first location I went to, as well as the location I went for my piercing, were very rude. The first man spoke to me like I was a child. The second man smirked at me and made faces while I was waiting. I shouldn't have gone through with a piercing there at all, but they took payment upfront. The entire place felt elitest and rude, the exact kind of place I try to avoid. The piercer was kind, but seemed incredibly overworked and rushed. I would not recommend this place. I would rather go to a smaller shop.

Got a daith piercing from here and suspected it wasn’t done correctly. Went for a second opinion and was told it was too shallow and was pierced with the wrong jewellery (curved barbel instead of a hoop). This is apparently basic knowledge for piercing a daith.

I was also told the conch piercing I got at the same time didn’t have a long enough bar in it and that they were both externally threaded jewellery which she wouldn’t recommend. She made it clear that any decent piercer would know this.

Going to end up getting my daith repierced and just cross my fingers that the conch doesn't need to be removed too.

Im not one to leave reviews but I Got my septum pierced here and the next day I went to get a second opinion and had to get it out, it was pierced way to high and it went through my cartilage, the person who helped me get it fixed at a different place said they've had multiple people from this place that have had messed up septum piercings.
My review then was seen by the onwer and their reply doesn’t give me any questions as to why so many people are having issues here, the owner seemed to have missed the part where one of their employees didn't check my anatomy and pierced my cartilage (which they shouldn't have done)but they clearly don't care about that, they care more about their reputation and 'competitors' after they told me to ‘read between the lines’. Terrible place.

It was my first piercing and all the staff were really kind. Apart from actually competing the forms (which took like forever) it was a good experience. I was seeved by Carmen, who was really kind and gave a great service. The sleepers were cheap and affordable and it's only 10 pounds for each ear lobe piercing (well, that's the price when I got there). There was also lots of choice on which tattoo you wanted to get and the hygiene was great. My ears don't even hurt! It was quick and easy, so in short, go here!
