Better Packaging Makes For Happier Customers
The two gallons of George's Aloe we received yesterday were packaged the best we've ever seen from Pure Modern Living. They were packed with bubble-wrap in smaller boxes inside of a larger box. Previously, they've been shipped in a large, shabby, loosely taped box without packing material so they could roll around. I don't know if there is new management or more responsible workers, but please keep up the good work. Thank you!!

Package lost due to shipping in inclimate weather
Due to the recent inclimate weather, apparently there were some issues with shipping. Initially, I was very distraught as the product I ordered is often out of stock locally. However, after several communications trying to seek a resolution, they were able to re-ship my order and it arrived very well packed and with no further problems. I appreciate their efforts in obtaining a positive outcome.

When my package arrived it was all busted up and had been taped back together some of the bottles were so badly damaged that they were cracked and leaking you guys really need to get it together and choose a single shipping company that handles the process from pick up to delivery.
