Based in Germany FGS

Based in Germany. Paid £60 for items. Apparently DHL were the courier. They failed to deliver the package, and failed to leave or send any communication. I then managed to find tracking info and apparently the package is at the depot awaiting collection. OK - so I emailed Pure Nutrition to find out which depot. The response was that said package had been delivered to my home address. Well it hadn’t been as tracking said it was at the depot awaiting collection. So I complained to PayPal and they said that it was out for delivery. Lesson learnt - this scam of a company and its cohort courier DHL don’t give a toss once they’ve got your money. Let the buyer be aware and beware.
