Received the product that doesn't fit, therefore I should not be responsible for paying for the return.
This company will not respond to emails. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOSE MONEY. Can not speak to a human. THEY SUCK

This may be ok in China, it's not here,

I first purchased Pure Plus filters for my refrigerator on Amazon. They sent the wrong ones. I returned them at no charge to me and received a refund. I then contacted them directly, providing my refrigerator model number and information about the filter I was replacing. They responded in an email with a link to their website showing the filter I should order. I told them it was the same model I'd already found did not fit. They replied, assuring me again that it would fit. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, believing I could return them if they did not fit, I ordered from them directly, and as before, they didn't fit. I contacted them to inquire about returning them and receiving a refund. That started a multiple email discussion, each time with them refusing to refund the purchase price unless I paid for return shipping. I told them I would not do that; it was their error. The only reason they refunded the purchase price for the Amazon order, including paying for return shipping, is that Amazon required them to do so. Stay clear of Pure Plus and Aquazon Solutions, Inc., the Chinese firm that makes these products. There are many reputable Chinese companies; this isn't one of them.

dark material is accumulating in commodes

dark material is accumulating on the edge of the water pool in commodes throughout the house. This did not happen previously with these filters.

A+ Service!

I have been using Pureplus water filters in my countertop water pitcher for awhile. I have been happy with them, but my five stars are for their EXCELLENT customer service! I had changed the filter when the red light went on. The new one was still showing a red light so I contacted them regarding a replacement. They got back to me right away. They walked me through doing a reset on the pitcher, which I had done on an earlier replacement and had forgotten. They were prompt in their response, kind, and helpful. With so many products bought online, a company with outstanding service is a keeper! I will continue to purchase from them.

Good Customer Service

I have been using Pureplus pleated and carbon filters in tandem for about three years. Recently I encountered an issue that I brought to their attention, Their response and attention to my concern was excellent and timely. I definitely recommend their products and service.

Easy installation...

The only complaint I can offer is the fact that when I checked on my order the status read, "On Hold". But I received the filter the very next day...so just something amiss internally with the site, etc.

Product installs EASILY. Instructions are easy to understand and there is also a video that helps if necessary. I reviewed it before I even placed my order.

So far...love it...after about 5 days in-service.

I recently returned two refrigerator filters to your company. I had purchased extras, then had to get a new refrigerator so I did not need these filters. It had been some time since they had been purchased, but when I contacted your company, the person on the customer service team was so very helpful. She worked diligently to determine which filters I had, sent me a postage free address label and procured my refund. She was so very persistent and efficient… I truly appreciate all her efforts. She is a credit to your company.
