Geen geld terug voor abonnement, terwijl de betreffende sport niet aangeboden wordt...

Ergens in 2020 heb ik bij Pure Power Gym een 10-ritten yoga kaart aangeschaft. Logisch dat er tijdens de 'rare periode' geen yoga gegeven werd, maar dit is al een tijdje weer mogelijk, maar nu geven ze geen yoga meer.

Waarop ik aangaf dat ik dan logischerwijs mijn geld terug wilde, maar dat willen ze niet geven.
Ze geven aan dat ik er ook andere lessen mee kan volgen (dat wil ik niet) en dat ze wel weer van plan zijn yoga te gaan geven, maar geen idee hoe/wat (tja...).

Nu is mijn ervaring altijd al geweest dat ze zeer rommelig zijn met lessen die wel/niet doorgaan, verkeerd lesrooster op de website enz.

Voor mij geen Pure Power Gym meer! Ik heb iig een hele dure yogales gehad :-).
