I emailed Puretech Solutions to ask about a hissing sound from the module of my Roland V drums TD12. Initial contact was good but when I asked about how to proceed with the repair, times scales and a budget cost all contacted stopped. I’ve emailed 3 times now with no reply, I have no idea why?

I contacted this company regarding a keyboard repair using their online form from their website. After a week I had no reply. I then emailed the company and explained in detail about how I’d lost my mum this year and she’d left me the keyboard which had somehow got damaged. I explained the sentimental value and the importance of repair.
The response I received was cold and blunt, I also felt very rude. There was no mention of being sorry for my loss or sorry to hear this. I simply received a reply to the effect of yes they could probably repair but the cost of repair would be more than buying a new keyboard. It wasn’t even signed politely with many thanks, or kind regards. Just regards. No mention of please get in touch if you have any questions. Very cold and blunt. I certainly won’t ever use this company and I’d seriously think twice before approaching them as they’re so rude and cold hearted. Awful service just from an email enquiry so goodness knows what their actual work is like!
