Excellent customer service. Price was very competitive, ordered Friday lunchtime and was delivered on Monday, package was well wrapped, could not fault any part of the process.

I bought 2 china cream jugs and it was the price which drew me to this company, more competitive than other sellers, even including the small delivery charge. The jugs arrived very quickly and were extremely well packed, I couldn't have wished for better service. Kind and courteous communication as well from this family business, and I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from them again.

Purchased two cake stands on boxing day in the sale for a party, both looked beautiful once assembled, but there were chips around the holes in each plate. Quite disappointing, as I think they are selling seconds but just not mentioning it, hence the heavily reduced pricing.

Sent damaged glasses. Not suitable for a gift. Did!’t offer to replace but did provide a return label for a refund. Tracking shows these were delivered back in 4th Dec. I’ve had to email them as I’ve not been refunded a week after the return has been received nor have they sent me an email acknowledging receipt which they said they would.

Just received Paddington Bear from Purple Holly, I was thrilled to bits, my Granddaughter will be too, he is just perfect, thank you x

Such a lovely range of gifts. Beautiful items that I haven't found anywhere else. So glad I found this company while searching for Christmas gifts for the family. And the customer service is second to none.

I ordered some plates from them because they were cheaper then other websites.
My items were dispatched less then 30 minutes after I placed my order! Then it arrived only a couple of days later and was packaged really well, so nothing came broken.

I was looking for a vase for my mum and came across one on the Purple Holly website. The price was very reasonable and I paid for express delivery as it is a Christmas present. It arrived within 2 days and I have to say it is both beautiful and excellent quality.
