Never received my package

Never received my package. It said delivered but I never got a picture or anything. I checked everywhere and never found my package. When I contacted them they said I will get a new shipping number but I never received it. it’s been 2 weeks now and I keep getting emails about rating, instead of giving me a shipping number for my order . And what happend to my original order?.

Secret Surprise

Amazing experience from beginning to end. Ordered a LABUBU for my daughter’s birthday. It arrived in perfect condition with time to spare. When my daughter opened the mystery Big Into Energy - she got the Secret Labubu! She was over the moon and still can’t stop telling everyone about it.

I never received my purchase

I never received my purchase. Customer service from Pushas says there is nothing they can do. The item I purchased was supposed to ship out within 3 days. It’s almost 2 months now. At this point, I do not know if I will receive my purchase. I can’t recommend making a purchase through this website if the item you want is time sensitive. You have been warned.

Great experience.

Whilst not always the cheapest prices, if you missed a style you can’t live without, this site is fantastic. The service is excellent and straightforward. Delivery was prompt and easy to track. Will definitely order again.
