Highly recommend

Dr. Imran was awesome. He was professional and asked a ton of questions to get a thorough history before prescribing my medication. I was impressed. He also promptly sent my order to the appropriate pharmacy. I highly recommend. Thank you.

Other providers may be good- stay away from Kathleen Menold NP

Other providers may be good - Stay away from Kathleen Menold
Other providers may be good. Kathleen Monold is the worst provider I’ve ever dealt with and put up with it because I was concerned about losing access to my medication. She would up my medication by two times on the dosing scale missing the next scheduled dosing without telling me. I would just ask for informed consent because the medication would make me sick and she would tell me “Well then what do you think you need since you want to argue with me.” Honestly it was so bad it’s almost funny. Like who does that? She did it again and this time I didn’t notice before taking it. I was on the bathroom floor for 48hrs. When I told her this and asked how to take less of my medication she said she didn’t like my accusations. All I said was that I was not told about my medication change and how sick I was. She then told me that she couldn’t deal with me anymore. There are so many bad reviews on her. And so many other wonderful providers. People deserve better.

I have been seeing Dr. Shahid for about 2 years now through Push Health and he is the best!

I have been seeing Dr. Shahid for close to 2 years now, and I honestly can’t think of a single negative thing to say. He is fast, but very thorough and incredibly efficient, kind and has always been a great help to me. I’ll continue to use his services as long as he is practicing in my state. Thank you, Dr. Shahid…I really appreciate you as always and will continue to recommend you to my family and friends. I’ll talk to you in about 3 months, or sooner if I have any questions or concerns. Take care & thank you so much🙏🏻

Stay away from Patricia Monroe

Stay away from Patricia Monroe, who is a provider for Push Health. Not only does she not know what she’s doing but she’s rude and demeaning on top of it. I would be wary of any health organization that hires ableist providers and has low standards. I reported Patricia to Push Health and sent Push the entire (very long) conversation with her and they said they would be taking action but I highly doubt they did anything as she’s still employed by them. She has an aversion to medical research and when you prove her wrong or challenge the obvious script she’s reading, she insults you on a very personal level. I have thyroid cancer (I also have no thyroid) and cannot exercise more than walking 4 miles in a day without experiencing severe exhaustion and she legit told me I need to exercise more to lose weight - and that the fact she had me on the same dose of Zepbound for 8 months and my body got used to it had nothing to do with my plateau. When I told her I had a double level spinal fusion very recently and couldn’t manage to do more than my physical therapy routine + walk due to the fusion and cancer combined, she suggested I exercise from bed if need be. Not increase a dose of medication that wasn’t working anymore, but exercise somehow from bed LOL I sent her research to back up my request for a dose increase and that’s when she lost it - nurse practitioners are allergic to scientific research. She said “why don't you have one of your many specialists prescribe it for you” and BLOCKED ME. The lack of professionalism is a problem with the entire NP community but she blew my mind. The reasons she gave for denying my request were 1) “I have tons of patients on 5 mg for a year and a half that are still losing 1-2lbs a week” (I didn’t realize all patients were the same!!!! She also had no idea what a “non responder” to Zepbound was btw) 2) you’re not eating enough to lose weight (then how did I lose weight for 6 months straight!?!) 3) you don’t exercise enough (this makes no sense after she just accused me of not eating enough. Why would I need to exercise MORE if I wasn’t eating enough?!) 4) “I’ve been prescribing this medication for years and never had a patient like you..” (Zepbound is a year old). The way in which she demanded I have one of my specialists prescribe it for me was callous because she knows oncology and neurology have no business prescribing weight loss medication. She acted like a spoiled brat - she wanted 0 input from me, the patient, regarding MY OWN treatment plan. Zepbound is NOT a narcotic and I was on 7.5 mg (not a starting dose) so if I felt my body had gotten used to it and thus was no longer losing weight what would be the harm of increasing my dose??? 0 harm whatsoever- she just had an impossible ego and has no business being a medical provider. The only thing she should be focused on is seeing a shrink. I went to my PCP for Zepbound after this and they increased my dose and I immediately started losing again. I refused to go back to Push to see a different provider because this incident proves they have no hiring standards and that’s dangerous. Well folks, you’ve been warned!

I was assigned Dr.Chacon

I was assigned Dr. Anna Chacon . No real issues with her other than accessibility. Shes on the west coast and im on the east coast. Not always available. Her pharmacy staff and support staff are the problem. They don't listen or read or understand your messages . Maybe they are Bots or AI but they take forever to respond to requests and when they do, their responses and questions are unrelated to your request . Bad customer service and A "not my problem " attitude unfortunately. I don't recommend using them .

After multiple deplorable experiences

After multiple deplorable experiences, I finally decided to publish a review. This place is a scam. When the doctors tried to call them or pharmaceuticals, they don’t even come up as existing and none of the numbers work. They constantly want to charge you extra money yet do not deliver. I have lost so much money working with them and I highly recommend that you steer clear.

Salma Ramadan

Salma Ramadan, NP has been so quick to respond and makes the process so easy. I am so thankful our family was told about Push Health and Salma Ramadan, NP. We have used them for med refills many times and for new prescriptions when an actual office visit wasn't needed.

No one to talk to. Will not give refunds. Don't care whether they helped or not.

I was trying to buy some medicine online and went to Push Health to get a prescription. They did not get me the prescription I requested. I told them I didin't want the one they recommended and they still insisted they "got my prescription" and would not refund my money.
Trying to communicate with them is a waste of time. There is not way to talk to anyone. You are Warned.

I highly recommend Nurse Practitioner…

I highly recommend Nurse Practitioner Kathleen Menold for her exceptional support in my weight loss journey. She was incredibly professional and helpful, guiding me through obtaining the weight loss medication Wegovy . I was concerned my insurance company might deny my request, but she went above and beyond with the prior authorizations, ensuring she did everything possible to get my prescription filled and approved. Her dedication to her patients is truly commendable. Thank you, Anna M

Very misleading

Very misleading. Very deceitful. I paid 90 dollars for meds, my pharmacy refused to work with PUSH Health, and they will not offer a refund. They must know in advance that the pharmacies will not work with them, and still concede to take your money.

BAIT-&-SWITCH Scammers

I decided to use this Telemedicine service for convenience. Bad decision!!!

I have been taking my high blood pressure medication for the last 16 years. My blood pressure is well regulated and stable. I was led to believe by them asking me the medication name, dosage, and the quantity that I desired that I would receive a 6-month supply for $69.99 or less -- which is a little less than going to my local physician. The doctor actually said that it would be $64.99, but in the end he still charged me the full $69.99.

The bigger problem was when he filled my prescription he only filled it for a 30-day supply, and told me my next visit would cost $99.99.

I dealt with this company in good faith. They countered with a misleading representation of what I was purchasing. Which in reality, was literally suposed to be, their PERMISSION for me to go and PURCHASE a 6-month supply of my necessary medication.

This is a typical BAIT-&-SWITCH SCHEME. Designed to get the patient to return far more often than is medically necessary at a much higher cost.

This is FRAUD and CORRUPTION. I highly recommend not using this company.

As for me, the next time I will go back to my local primary care physician. At least she's never tried to cheat me. I will never use another Telemedicine Service ever again.
