Purchased a warm/cold toy for my daughter’s birthday. Upon receiving it we noticed a hole in the toy. I contacted the company via their website and via sms (keep in mind the mobile number had reading receipts on so a viewing timestamp appears) and even though they were received I had no response. After a few days I emailed and texted again asking for a follow up or I felt like I would have to leave a review. The response? My product would have been replaced by the owner? but due to leaving a review it wasn’t going to happen. Choose this company if you want faulty items and poor customer service!
