If I could give no stars I would. They have taken my money, have not sent my boxes have not replied to emails. Avoid!!!!

Advertising is false. Bought the March box which had been all over their social media as a cute shorts doughnut set. I received a full length trouser with a design I hated. In the box was a note that the supplier had let them down and therefore two different sets were set out this month. The other freebies are not worth much at all. Small samples that you'd get free in magazines or stores. It's beautifully packaged. Arrived in a reasonable time. Easy to manage your subscription from their website. Wouldn't buy again though. Donated the pajamas I received as they were so ugly.

All of the below bad reviews are true. The company does not respond back to emails and the boxes are poor quality. Same wax melts a hot chocolate sachet, cheap pyjamas and products I don’t even think have been looked over and they don’t match the season. Honestly look at another subscription for pyjamas pay that little extra and you'll get quality.

Same as below, ordered a 6 month subscription received one month. Contacted the company through all the possible emails, social media etc. and heard nothing. Absolutely appalling, do not order from these.

If I could give this company no stars I would service from the start has been rubbish and doubt anyone ever gets there boxes. Contacted there instagram and Facebook account and also emailed the company but no further forward was told it was a technical problem and they will get it sent back to there depo and then an hour later it was there and they can send it out to me but its just all a pack of lies. I also found a phone number but can't get thro. if you put a bad comment on there page it will be removed i have also noticed. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO THIS COMPANY AS YOU WILL NEVER RECEIVE YOUR BOX.

Total scam took money 4 months ago for multiple subscriptions nothing has ever arrived status still shows as processing this is since April it’s now 1 week from September. I have contacted by bank to have the money back

Agree with pretty much every other review on here - the quality was nothing like what was advertised. Impossible to contact, no replies to messages on Instagram or by email having tried several times.

I purchased a 6-month subscription for my wife over Christmas 2019. 2 boxes arrived in January and February, which were of very poor quality. Haven't received anything since and there is no way to get hold of them.

They should be reported to trading standards.

Went bust, cheap crap and I’m out of pocket

This company from what I am assuming have gone under as looking through social media we ordered a 6 month subscription in Decemnber and haven't received anything since February, when trying to contact the company we have been ignored and recently found that the website and all social media has been taken down. DO NOT ORDER

My partner bought me a 6 month subscription for my Christmas, I received the first box late because they had so many people ordering, got my next one on time in February but I haven’t received any more. I have tried looking for a way to contact them. There is no number, no email address and now the website no longer seems to be active!! My partner has received no emails or nothing to show they have tried contacting him!!

TOTAL SCAM!!!!!
Ordered a 3 month subscription at the end of feb, nothing has arrived since. Quick to take money but not actually deliver anything. Was expecting a delay in March due to the current situation but clearly as we’re now near the end of April nothing is arriving and never will be arriving.
No way of contacting them other than Instagram (should have researched before purchase, that would have put me off but I suppose we live and learn)
Today when I tried to find the website it’s disappeared, hence why I’m writing this review! Complete scam!

This company has only been given 1 star because I couldn't continue without giving a rating. I ordered a box 3rd January, knowing it would be for the February box. I patiently waited for the dispatch date and email (which I never received) and then got excited knowing my box should be arriving. By the 1st march I was pretty cross at not having received the order, but noone had replied to any comments on the posts on the page, noone replied to the direct messages to either of the Instagram pages (general page or the customer care), and noone replied to the emails either, which my husband also sent. Eventually they removed all the comments from the posts, I raised a dispute with PayPal (so thankful I paid via them) and this morning I received a full refund. I went to take a look at the page today and the entire thing has been taken down. I am really happy about that because at least noone else will have their money taken when the company can't be trusted to deliver the goods, and the customer care is non existent.

Ordered a three month subscription. First box came on time in January. Second box arrived in March; after trying to contact them via email, instagram via private msg and then posting a public comment. I had no replies from either. Even though they were replying to other people. Never received a the last box on March. Went to contact again and now there’s no account?

Must be one of the unlucky ones as other people have seemed to get there’s. Just gutted to be honest. This was meant to be a gift. :(

I generally wouldn’t even give this one star.
My boyfriend brought me a 6 month subscription for Christmas. Received the first box In Feb and was a thin cheap nightie and some face stuff which when googled was £1.39 on amazon. My boyfriend was not impressed as nothing like on website or instagram. I tried to laugh it off a bit however...I Have not received March and can not get hold of anyone as all I can get is Instagram account or email there is no telephone number. At a bit of a loss really and if I’m honest I would rafer he gets a refund then receive another rubbish package!

They’ve took my money and I haven’t received any order at all 🤬🤬🤬 this is last day of the month and it was due on the 12th and NOTHING!!! They’ve taken £25 off me for no reason can someone please help me? I’ve messaged two Instagram accounts they have, and their general page has blocked me!! No option to refund on the page either !! I appreciate we are tackling corona but no update and to block me!!! They have STOLEN MY MONEY!! If anyone knows anything about this months box please help me, never ordered from them before and I can’t do anything ??? DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!! If this company does not get in touch within 24 hours I will take them to the small claims court. I only asked for confirmation that I will receive these goods, these reviews have made it look not likely at all...

I subscribed to this box in December after seeing them on Instagram. I received my December box with no issues however it was missing items and I was told I could not be sent a replacement (even though it was only hot chocolate sachets, not sure why they couldn't just send them to me in an envelope).

I ordered the January box but did not receive it for a long time. After seeing posts on Instagram for two weeks, I contacted them and they advised they had a glitch in their system which was why mine had not been dispatched. Was sent out, albeit very late.

Ordered Februarys box. Tomorrow is the last day of February and no box or update on where it is. I have messaged both of their Instagram accounts, sent three emails and left posts of their Instagram photos (which they delete). And still nothing!

I would never in a million years recommend this company.

Purchased 2 subscriptions for a Xmas gift for my daughters that stared in January. In jan only received one box no communication as to where the other one was and was ignored when contacted about the other one. 2 weeks later the other box arrived. Guess what same again this month only one box received and as this is a size small I don’t know if it’s the size 6 or 8 I have order so can’t even give it to one of them. Again no response to my messages. Disgusting customer service not letting people know what is happening but quiet happy to take peoples money in advance for 3 months subscription. Nearly the end of feb and only one still received. Will never purchase again and wouldn’t recommend anyone else doing so. Should have been something for them to look forward to be has just been a nightmare!

Appalling lack of customer service. No response to emails, Tweets, Instagram etc. Any negative posts are removed from their social media accounts.
Subscription box is filled with cheap, low quality goods. The pyjamas are similar to £5 Primark pyjamas and are not suitable for adults. The 'extras' you get are a bag of sweets, a cheap shower gel or bubble bath and a postcard style picture. None of which you would choose to buy yourself.
If you scroll through the Pyjama Subscription Instagram you can find a post where the owner of this company states that she is a one-man band, this however is no excuse for the total lack of communication from customers.

Due to the lack of response, and violation of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 the Retail Ombudsman has been contacted, and proceedings to recover subscription money have been started.

Appalling lack of customer service. Have sent several emails requesting a refund as my pyjamas arrived torn on one seam. Complete lack of response, and no response via Instagram DM despite sending several and posting comments on their posts. The box itself was completely not worth it, pyjamas were low quality fleece with cats in them, not something I would ever choose to buy for myself, accompanied by an odd assortment of pound shop sweets and a random A5 Dior print. I wouldn’t have chosen to buy any of it. Complete scam for price paid and will be reporting them to the retail ombudsman for failure to replace damaged goods. Have had to find their company details on the Company House website due to lack of response to my emails.

Received my 1st box today after a six week wait. What a disappointment! Cheap fleece jammies with a cat on them - I'm a 52 year old woman; my 11 year old granddaughter would like them. The kind you'd pay a fiver for at the market. A cream egg, a sample packet of Skittles, a bottle of Radox moisturiser stamped with £1 RRP price tag. And, inexplicably, a black and white print of the doorway of a Dior shop...I digress. It'd be better to charge another fiver, ship via packet rather than box, and concentrate on the pyjama quality, rather than the 'bits' that come with it.
