American Company ..Chinese made

Products that work new out of box still wilnot work and need a new one or money back ....

The radio will not work new out of box I need a new one or a refund all I got now is a pretty paper weight when txt support thay wanted to charge me a membership fee I don't want to be a member ...I need the product to work so I need a new one sent or a refund I will not except anything less very disappointed the way it is now

The guitar was nice for the price but...

The guitar was nice for the price, what I didn't like was there's only one knob for the strap, not one by the neck. Tying the front strap on the neck is ridiculous. Would it have cost that much more to just add one. The strap was very flimsy also.

Had an issue with my order with a…

Had an issue with my order with a missing part, reached out to support in two different ways and never got a response. Started a chargeback through my credit card.

Update: To their response. Why don’t you look for my email to THAT mailbox that you haven’t responded to rather than coming here and acting like I must have done something wrong?

Didn’t Care

As soon as I hit order, I realize the mailing address was incorrect. I immediately tried to get a hold of someone but could not. By the time I emailed them and they emailed me back a day later they said that it had already been out for shipping and they couldn’t change the address. So I’m in Florida and my headphones. I paid for somewhere in Fort Texas. They won’t do anything about it.

The worst experience I have ever been part of

I expected this company to fully refund my broken/defective item I originally purchased as it was within the warranty period, however they refused to fix my item, they refused to replace my item, and only offered a store credit which was less than the cost of my original purchase. This is literally the worst company experience I have ever seen or been part of.

Great Performance, Great Value

I made an error during my purchase… forgot to enter the discount code. I contacted Customer Service to request they might apply it for me, but they never responded. I got an auto reply but no real response. Really disappointed missed that discount opportunity. Would have given you 5 Stars!

The pre-amp is a terrific buy, performing exactly as expected. I have connected to a DAC and music server (aka Macbook) via AppeTV optical interface. Multiple inputs and outputs are a real benefit. The FM function was totally unexpected.

Great value for a home entertainment system.
