Received my complete order in timely fashion. The Duke Colt revolver was as advertised, although I was mildly surprised at the quality (in a good way} of the gun. Shot well and the Co2 cartridge lasted quite a while. Very satisfied.

UPS acknowledged receipt of my order.

Arrived one day sooner than expected. One downside is I didn’t get a notification that it was delivered. I just happened to step outside to check on the weather and there it was. Surprise… Surprise!!!

Ordered on Saturday night, and recieved the products the following week, Thursday afternoon.

I couldn't have been happier about how the pellets were packed, but it was rather annoying that the order didn't arrive until Sunday when it was originally projected to arrive on Friday.

What started out with me wanting to make an immediate $600 purchase, but wanted to know about a spare air tank. Went to auto-bot chat, to real person chat. Asked if it was available, got a "No" = Not paying $600. Told them they lost a sale (hoping the get the hint: Get your stuff together), to which sales assoc. says "ok" (Sarcastic). Found sites where this model is discussed, with backup bottles are compatible (Sales associate not knowledgeable, and way too willing to not help). I HAVE BOUGHT FROM THESE GUYS IN THE PAST - BUT NEVER AGAIN !!!!!

The rifle arrived the day and I purchased it! It had a leak that could not be fixed over the phone. The tech team was friendly and helpful but when it was obvious that it wasn't a simple fix they promptly got me setup for a return. They will send me a replacement when they are restocked.

You guys ROCK!!! After reaching out to Customer Service RE: the 2nd magazine ordered for my M-1 Carbine purchase (that wouldn’t hold CO2). CS jumped on my issue, sent a replacement NO QUESTIONS ASKED!!

Service and support was fantastic. I contacted Pyramydair at 9:30 AM on Monday to exchange an air rifle that had a high pressure leak. The process was very easy. My replacement arrive on Tuesday morning. Great job!

Great to deal with. I have never had any issues. I ordered the FX and was shipped the next day, I ordered parts from a competitor the same day and they still have not arrived 4 days later.
