Pyramid has an excellent website that's easy to navigate and each item is well documented with information so I know full well of what my purchase is.
However my last order, when received, the shipping box appeared to be dropped and a box of frangeble bbs broke open and bbs were everywhere and quite a few leaked out.

one minor detail. First of all, it was excellent service fast delivery and everything came in beautiful shape. The only minor detail is I ordered a scope and rings for a Benjamin marauder and because I’m a newbie. I ordered the one piece rings only to find out you can’t load the pellet clip with the one piece rings.
They were incredibly helpful in helping me get the right rings. Even offered some excellent advice which I took on an existing order to make it better. All I can say is wow what great service and a great company.

Made an online order with Pyramyd for an air rifle and 5 tins of pellets. The box was shipped to my home and when I opened it there were no pellets in it. I contacted customer services immediately and let them know. To make a long story short, they told me that there was nothing they could do. I’m out $59 on the pellets. I’m returning the air rifle because I cannot stand to give more money to a place that is already taking $59 from me. I also get the joy of paying for the return shipping which is $37 so, I’m out $96 total all because for making my first order with pyramyd. I can’t imagine this is typical but It happened…if you’re on the fence about spending money with them I would recommend going elsewhere.

Dealing with Greg W has helped us really get into the Airgun hobby. He helped us with our now 2md new Avenger X Tactical putting on a shorter barrel. We absolutely love it.

It's an easy process, there's a gun for almost every need, type of training ( defense or tactical offense) and i loved my 16 Shot Semi Automatic shotgun and the buckshot rounds that i purchased.
I have real armor so I wear the real thing during my training but this and many other guns there on the site are go to's so
Im gonna get one every month til I own the collection.

I buy pellets from Pyramyd several times a year. Pyramyd always ships pellets packed well and has a great selection of premium pellets in stock. You might find them cheaper on Amazon, but when they arrive with dented tins and bent skirts, your savings disappears.

Made an order change 5 mins after placing the order. Pyramid states no-problem for order changes within 30 mins of ordering. They lied, claimed they are helpless to prevent the system from ripping me off for an additional shipping charge. Lied about UPS picking up the order, "Oh, it's too late" when UPS shows it not picked up. Cancelled it all, now a former repeat cutomer.

Your people make for a good experience. Rhonda and Greg are great. One constructive comment - I responded to your Orders @ Pyramydair.com with a request but never received a response.

Problem w FX DRS Tactical. Worked initially, but second magazine stuck. Only way to close bolt was with pressure, then didn't work after that. After sending gun back for repair (without the magazines) Pyramid said it worked fine (after removing stuck pellets in barrel) & that it was "customer error" which voided warranty. Returned rifle had same issues. I checked the magazines and discovered that one of the two PyramidAir had sent was a .22 cal instead of .25 cal. This caused the problem in the first place. PyramidAir customer service is rude and will not accept responsibility for their error. Buyer Beware!!!!

I have received emails stating there was a 12% off code. When I got to the site......it states an 11% discount and the code is different. This seems shady. Plus.......I realize that it says some restrictions apply, but no matter what I put in my cart, it said that the code does not apply. You missed out on the sale of a $600 scope because of this. Why do you show 2 different
discount codes, and why is there 2 different percentage discounts, and why do none of them work?

As always, great products and super fast shipping. I will continue to purchase airguns from Pyramid Air..

Excellent all around. While I have your attention I didn’t receive a scope stop and screws for the dovetail rails. Can you give me a contact for this. Thanks again for good customer service
