Leider gehört diese Firma zu den…

Leider gehört diese Firma zu den schlechtesten, die ich bisher erlebt habe. Man fühlt sich als Kunde absolut nicht ernst genommen. Telefonisch ist praktisch nie jemand erreichbar, Rückrufe erfolgen entweder gar nicht oder erst nach mehrmaligem Nachhaken.

Zudem war der Umgangston respektlos und wenig professionell. Statt Lösungen anzubieten, wird man hingehalten oder bekommt widersprüchliche Aussagen.

So stelle ich mir keinen Kundenservice vor. Sehr enttäuschend und definitiv keine Empfehlung

Die Investition, die Herr Sven Herbst impliziert, bleibt Ihnen überlassen. Ich bin zutiefst enttäuscht von seinen Taten und seiner Täuschung.
