20th January I took my large SUV into the Glasgow Waterloo street car park as soon as I entered i realised it’s too small for my car and subsequently damaged my wheels on the shocking down ramps, emailed ceo he ignored it (says eveything) and customer service sent me packing what a shocking company
If I could give 0 stars then I would.
If I could give 0 stars then I would.
I parked at the Dale Street Car Park in Liverpool overnight and booked through a link provided by the accomodation which included a discount code taking the "24 hour" price down to £10 (well it should have been £10 but I was actually charged £10.24).
Upon leaving the car park had a notification that my bank had paid Q Park a further £27. I then emailed Q-Park and was informed that because I had made a genuine mistake and instead of booking for 24 hours I hadn;t changed the AM to PM in the departure time meaning my parking ran out at 02:30am.
I wasn't notified of this otherwise I would've changed it. I then exchanged a series of emails with their customer services hoping that common sense would prevail as there was no difference in the cost of parking from 12 to 24 hours.
I was refunded my discounted booking of £10.24 and told that the "extra charge" of £27 still stood. I tried asking several times for them to confess that there was no difference in cost between 12 and 24 hours but they were not interested whatsoever and rather than answering my question they simply repeated that I had "parked outside my allocated timeslot".
Extortion of the highest order and as a rep who uses NCP and other national car parks daily I can honestly say that this is by far and away the worst and most arrogant customer service I have ever experienced.
Q-Park - you have just lost a customer and it is because of the poor experience I have just had.
Failure to notify customers of changes and poor services
I parked at Q-Park Soho on 23 January, arriving around 7:30pm to attend the Prince Edward Theatre. I chose this car park specifically because of the long-standing 50% theatre discount, but after the show I was told the scheme had been quietly scrapped and replaced with pre-booking only — with no clear notice at the car park. I ended up paying £55 for several hours, and despite a detailed complaint, Q-Park showed no interest in customer service or goodwill, simply deflecting responsibility elsewhere.
This experience gave the clear impression that maximising revenue now takes priority over customers. Add to that weak security, poor maintenance, and a strong smell of urine throughout the car park, and it’s hard to see how this is being marketed as a premium service. Very disappointing overall.
Rip off don't use
Visiting everyman at trinity Leeds, but car park full. Noticed park across the road. Didn't see any hourly rate displayed. On return charged £18:50 for four hours. Check on trinity website. £9 for same time period. 100% more, what a rip off. Don't use these car parks
Poor customer service
Car got broken into in Q Park Manchester, eventually they managed to resolve my season ticket issue after months of chasing them up - Jamie was helpful. On the other hand, a lady called Lauren was incredibly rude and couldn’t care less about the car getting broken into or the £530 that I wanted to ensure doesn’t get taken out - very rude, talking over me and expressing her frustration about her colleagues giving wrong info. Unprofessional and clearly doesn’t know how to give very basic customer service.
Quality service
Quality service: I made a mistake in my pre-booking (wrong times), but the team was amazingly helpful through the chat service, I rebooked they checked for me if everything was correct and I even got the money back in 10 hours while it was written on the website that it can take up to 10 days.
DO NOT BOOK
If there was a minus, I would have chosen that. DO NOT BOOK with these scammers!!!
I pre-booked a space at Charles Street, Sheffield for an event and pre-paid. We got there and was told there were no parking spaces left. Unbelievable, what is the point of pre-booking and prepaying and then arriving to a packed carpark!!! I then asked for a refund of what I paid and then the amount I paid for alternative parking. I was advised that it was in their terms and conditions.
DO NOT BOOK with these people if you expect it reserves you a parking space. An absolute disgrace
Avoid this parking company !!
Avoid this parking company !!
order summary does not show accurate information
order summary showed I paid for 24 hr parking , however this was not the case as I hadnt selected times over a 24 hr period, poorly designed booking system to trick people into occurring additional charges - customer care team ran by robots that dont take the facts into consideration and keep repeating the same excuse phase on every email . unethical way of making lots of money
Company has no compassion
Company has no compassion. Booked a 2 hour parking space to take father in law to sealife Centre. On the morning he took a fall and ended up in hospital on which he is still there. As me and my wife spent most of the day in hospital we couldn't make the venue. Checking my online banking on the evening I noticed Q Park took the parking fee from our account. I sent an email complaining about this and the response was they couldn't do a refund as we didn't cancel it.I tried to explain we was in hospital with the father in law but they did not respond. Have now cancelled my account and deleted there App.No Compassion at all!!!!!!
Damage to car
The first time I used this Car park it was fine in August 25, however not so on my next visit in November 25, I left my car fine, but when I collected it at 3am I noticed that somehow someone had managed to snap the handbrake cable by forcefully pulling it up on a Ford Focus, after complaining to them by email, they have dismissed my claim against them, because they never witnessed it themselves, there was only one person in the office at the time. My car is used for driving instruction, there was no way that the car was left with them in this condition, I’m not impressed with their attitude to their customers, however I go abroad 3-4 times a year so it’s their loss

Booked on-line as staying at the Travel
lodge in York. Asked for start and end times on site but on the booking site it also gave the option for the parking to start when you arrive. Used carpark for under 48 hours but as arrived after the time we had to give and left after time we stated we would leave (still under the 48 hours) charged me an extra £9.30. Contacted them and stated the website said about start time but just excuse after excuse and will not acknowledge under 48 hour stay. Site not easiest to book on either. Spaces really really small on the carpark and only 4 disabled spaces. Seems like a company that would take your last penny even if they are in the wrong. Wouldn’t use them again
Q park at the QE hospital fantastic service
Arrived at QE hospital main reception to be told my appointment was the other side of the hospital site not a five min walk. !! Reception called the Q park shuttle bus for me. The driver Sandip was so courteous and kind. Dropped me right at the door fir my appointment and then I called him again and he picked me up and took me back to the main car park. Fantastic service provided by Q park and Sandip
Car Broken Into (Common Theme at this car park)
Parked at Q-Park Burlington in London.
Car broken into by someone smashing the rear window. Promoted as safe and secure but far from it. Emergency Help system not working, nobody on site and unable to get any CCTV footage of incident.
READ OTHER REVIEWS: Cars being broken into at this car park is common. Its obviously a place where thieves target.
DO NOT USE IF YOU VALUE YOUR CAR AND YOUR SAFETY
Comfortably the worse company for…
Comfortably the worse company for customer care
1 - a rude woman in the end of any calls when you use the barrier button
2- two months now of trying to get a daily value card
3- ignored phone calls and messages
4- slow email response
5- charging for something that was once free
6- after paying for a card - still taking longer than it should to get the card
They genuinely don’t seem to want paying customers
Shockingly poor
Shockingly poor. Will never use again.
Booked far in advance and paid a higher price than if we had just driven in on the day.
Zero car parking spaces available despite pre booking. Many drivers just driving around aimlessly as there were no spaces.
Too many e charging spaces which you are not allowed to park in unless you are charging your car sitting empty which are an utter waste space.
Top floor has been given away to corporate customers and get this THESE SPACES STAND EMPTY whilst you drive around FOR 45 MINUTES until a space becomes free. REMEMBER WE PAID IN ADVANCE - WE DIDN'T JUST DRIVE IN.
There are no staff on site to ask. They don’t answer the buzzer when you buzz.
Last time we parked on a warehouse’s car park with a lovely man with a clipboard manning the car park and we couldn’t get in there sadly. They are so much better and more professional than this terrible business. KEEP AWAY.
Avoid..
Avoid... I've prebooked the car park from 4pm to 10pm and arrived slightly early. But only by 15 min. However, I've also left 4 hours earlier. They of course super quick to charge for the extra 15 min before not taking into account that I've left early. Then of course when I wanted to request a refund for my unused time I was refused a refund... money grabbing, greedy company! Will avoid in the future...
GETTING A HIRE CAR BUT CANT BOOK WITHOUT A REG, NO WAY AROUND IT, THEY HAVE LOST 60 POUNDS!

Do not use this carpark for gigs at the Barbican ... £13.50 and two machines to pay on exit ... an hour to get out !!!! Shocking shocking 🤬😡
Tu**s and P**s
Used the Q-Park in Manchester City centre. If you enjoy stepping in puddles of urine, dodging human excrement and the odd empty whisky bottle then this is the place for you. What an utter disgrace. No staff on hand and customer service basically said ‘tough ****’ to match the stuff deposited in the car park.
