Terrible customer service
I have orders from them that got delayed. When I called them to follow up, it's hard to talk to someone aside from the operator. They kept on transferring me from one person to another. Turned out, they aren't coordinated enough that they don't know what happened to my order. Imagine that situation. I was told to wait for another 48 hours for them to track my order. I waited and did not receive any update so I called them again. Again, I was transferred from one rep to another and was forced to repeat every details that I have already provided to them the first time I called. It's frustrating and irritating. In the end, I received no acceptable reason for the delay and they didn't even apologize. Totally not recommended!
